Hey everyone, please note THIS IS NOT THE OFFICIAL VOTING THREAD.

This is just a collection of all the tutorial threads posted in the month of May that I believe are eligible for voting. I just want to make sure I haven't missed anyone who thinks they were eligible or I've included anyone who knows that their tutorial is not actually eligible.

The full list of eligibility rules can be found by clicking here.

But in short, if you don't see your tutorial listed below it is because:

A) It wasn't posted in the tutorials forum during the month of May.
B) It doesn't contain pictures hosted here on Dakka.
C) It contains material that is posted elsewhere on the internet already.

If you think your tutorial thread has been wrongly left off the list, PLEASE POST IN THIS THREAD ASAP. Conversely, if you spot a tutorial on the list which you know to be ineligible (for one of the above reasons), then again, please let me know ASAP by posting in this thread about it.

I'll leave this thread open a couple of days to make sure any last second issues don't come to light and then I'll get the actual voting thread posted up later this week.

Thanks for your patience and a big hand goes out to all the people who took the time to post a tutorial.

Here's the list of eligible tutorial threads:

my carnifex tutorial is unfinished, although the rest of it is only repetition of doing what i have already demonstrated, i do intend on finishing it at some point but will hold off until after the contest because obviously it wouldn't have been done during may.

If you want to remove it from the contest due to it being unfinished i won't be offended if your struggling to get numbers down, 46 is alot of entries!

46?

Rockin' response guys!

What harm can it do to find out? It's a question that left bruises down the centuries, even more than "It can't hurt if I only take one" and "It's all right if you only do it standing up." Terry Pratchett, Making Money

"Can a magician kill a man by magic?" Lord Wellington asked Strange. Strange frowned. He seemed to dislike the question. "I suppose a magician might," he admitted, "but a gentleman never could." Susanna Clarke Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell

Im not sure about the rest of the people here, but I intend to continue doing tutorials, and posting scratch building patterns and such.

I am having a blast with it...and I am still working on finishing off my tutorial.

Plus I have enjoyed alot of the really cool tutorials here as well.

i fully intend to finish my carnifex tutorial, and may do a few more as and when i learn new tricks it's quite handy to do a tutorial as i think it helps you plan out what your trying to acheive, perhaps making your finished model that little bit better than it would have been if you just went headlong into it with snips and glue!

Okay...it is the middle of the week, and I am kind of wondering how the voting is going to go.

It is going to be on this thread, or one strickly for the vote, is it open to all, and how long the actually window for accepting votes will be.

Is there any clearification on this?

The sticky thread is now up at the top of this forum to vote on. The voting will last roughly 4 days at which point the top 5 vote getters will become finalists to be judged by a panel of judges.

Others had asked if you could vote for your own tutorials, and the answer is yes. You can vote for any and all entries you like.

Good luck everyone!
