Just updated my Codex Sisters of Battle: http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/609583.page#7102148 with Fighter Aces and Special Manoeuvres for Burning Skies missions.
They're mostly for use with my Codex which added a few Flyers for them, but could also be used with other Homebrew Sisters Flyers and maybe even an Avenger Strike Fighter.
Here's the newly added page:

What's the flufstification for the maneuvers? For the Emperor clearly references the Retributors' Act, but...

The idea is that the Sororitas Pilot uses Divine Guidance.
Manoeuvres aren't the fluffiest game mechanics that GW has ever come up with.
The Space Wolves have a similar manoeuvre where all their weapons gain +2 strength during a dog fight, because reasons.

I'd give the Kamikaze-esque rule a range, as it seems a bit weird that she just blows up straight away. I'd say the template can be placed anywhere up to 12" directly ahead of the Flyer.

That rule is a word for word copy of a manoeuvre shared by 3 other Armies (under different names).

I'm all in favor of giving Sisters stuff most other armies get -- in this case Death From The Skies special rules. These seem perfectly fitting.
Of course, I'm not sure how many people bother to use Death from the Skies, but that's a separate issue.

Well you can use Fighter Aces in normal games of 40k.
The Manoeuvres are strictly burning Skies, though.
