I heard that the new army that uses the Termite will be called the Foot Clan, they will be led by a dude with bladed armor and a little brain with tentacles, and will be able to ally themselves with evil mutants and Stone Warriors from Dimension X. They will have one weakness though: an overwhelming love of Turtle Soup.

I would sooo buy everything for that army. Even if it's made out of resin. Hell, I would buy it if they made it out of radioactive waste material

See those walls? Look familiar? If you don't recognise them go to page 81 of the 5th Ed rulebook. See that bunker? Notice its walls? No look at the Sentinel pic again. See how they're the same?

I think that's our first Planet Strike building.

Yep, I see that... the artwork very much looks like the "Bastion" model in the rulebook.

I heard, from rumours, that the Planetstrike terrain "will be like a CoD kit" in other words, bits and pieces (walls, turrets, gates, who knows) and Im not sure, after very close inspection, if a bits and pieces effect could be applied to the Bastion.

That said, if GW bring out individual kits... THEN it will be the Bastion, Landing pad, Gun emplacement, and the like...IMO anyway.

But, then again...

BoLS just posted a Planetstrike rumour news item, stating:

New multipart plastic terrain kit similar to the Cities of Death ruins. With enough of those you will possibly be able to build fortresses, defensive structures for tanks, or control towers, outposts etc. These are believed to be seen on p.81 (bastion), p.230 (bastion, barricades, autocannon AA turret), p.243 (bastion) in the 40K rulebook.

-Aircraft landing pad
-New craters
-Ironclad Dreadnaught
-Land Speeder Storm
-Vulkan Hes'tan
-Plastic Thunderhawk is again mentioned.

I had to sell my soul to get where I am

Nobody wanted the body parts... too old and used up

I think I might have to find a rich mistress on the side (one who doesn't mind looking after the elderly)...

As you say, way too many new things comeing up that I MUST have.

On a side note, can you see CoD type pieces in their terrain shots, or does it seem more like individual "similar pieced" kits.

I really don't believe we'll see a plastic thunderhawk this year. Planetstrike is "only" a 40k supplement, not an addition to Apocalypse (which of course doesn't mean that they couldn't be used together)

Don't forget that we didn't expect to see Planetstrike in 2009 either (I know that we haven't yet, but it's looking good).

The radioactive ooze is why this army will be so successful. It's the Secret of the Ooze, if you will.

If this is true(and looking at the picture, I think it is), I have this feeling that that AA Turret may also be how GW is going to "release" the Hydra(include a part that attaches to the Chimera hull).

Doesn't it look like they just read the warseer thread and posted information from the "mystery man"? I thought BoLS was better than that?

Are you kidding? BoLS regularly just throw up* WarSeer posts verbatim. And who's this "mystery man" you talk about? Certainly not The Dude.

With BoLS you don't have to wade through 20 pages of crap to get to the good stuff. It's like the greatest hits of everybody else's rumors. I check it every morning.

Taco Bell is like carefully distilled Warseer - you get what you need with none of the usual crap. And, best of all, it's like being a tourist who only looks at the brochure - you don't even have to go, let alone stay.

The problem with BoLS is that it often just posts the initial information from a topic, whether it's got errors in it or not. Sometimes errors get pointed out or "facts" refuted quite quickly in the thread itself, isolated from BoLS. So while BoLS is good for getting a decent slice of rumour info, sometimes that slice has a few worms in it.
