Maybe the story in ME3 is that the Charon Relay gets destroyed/disabled and that cuts off earth from support when The Reapers invade.

Yes, but 5:3:1 is determined by number of active Turian Dreads. Everyone else is limited by their operational numbers. So if I wanted to, there's nothing stopping my Turian Fleet from spamming Dreadnaughts! Mwuhahahaha!

Though I always have had a soft spot for Spehss Carriers

Is the Treaty of Farixen still active? After the destruction of the Citadel Fleet and the entrance of Humans on the council you'd figure they'd let us have a few more.

I though ME said that the Citadel was how the Reapers shut down the relay network? Can they do it without control of the Citadel?

yeah, but if you kill the council the turians set their copy on fire (not really, but may of well have) and if you saved them the humans are a council race so they get stepped up to the 3 in the treaty

I save the council. Much as I hate them, I have a feeling that not saving them will screw me over in ME3. Anyway, that doesn't change the relevancy of 5:3:1. It's still based off Turian numbers by a count of everyone else's numbers per 5 Turian Dreadnoughts

True, but I believe that the Turians step up ship Production either way.

That's mostly because they're the fleet-arm of the Citadel though. They're the only race that doesn't have any restriction on the number of ships they build

no race has restriction on the number of ships only dreadnoughts, why do you think that humans developed the carrier after they signed the treaty

More interesting environments, the hubs haven't moved on since Taris in Kotor; in fact both ME 1 and 2's hubs were smaller.

Lost in my disturbing mind...

all I want is...

-Is a friend system (Garrus as BFF, man!).

-ALOT more side missions, about as much as in #1.

-And improving on #2's graphics (dont get me wrong, they're great, but improving graphics never REALY hurts unless that's the only thing they focus on).

-The original team back except for Wrex (he's got a clan to run), Thane (He's probably dead by now), Samara, Jack, Miranda, and Jacob. (unless romanced), And whom ever died on Virmier.
- shorter loading screens if possible.

-TO SEE TALI'S FAAACE! ( has to be very sexy, but in a cute way).

- Have more minigames ( hopefully a drinking game on The Normandy to contest against your team, and to bring back Quasar!).

Either sexy in a cute way, or completely, hideously alien. Think Predators crossed with Tarantulas, and a dash of Wolf Spider thrown in, just to keep a little adorableness.

Hell no! That would mean we couldn't go to other planets! I wonder if we'll get to go to Mars or another planet in the solar system as well as Earth?

Arrival is about
Spoiler:
people trying to crash an asteroid into a relay to destroy it. It's the "alpha gate" that allows the reapers to enter from dark space and head directly to the citadel.

I think Quarrians will have a space Elf/Vorlon vibe going on, from the little you can see inside the visor, it seems they have two eyes, and a slender head to fit the helm.

Plus with one of the npc's going on who its sad no one can remember what a Quarren look like, hints towards them being beautiful. Otherwise she's have said, thank goodness.

I'm sure some folks don't want that to be the case, but it's what I suspect.

Gypsy. Not Palestinian.

And I think we have a good idea as to what Tali's face will look like. There's a piece of fan-art out there:

And Bioware was apparently so impressed by it that they're using it as a referance. So she won't necessarily look 100% like the above, but there'll definately be similarities.

Ship battles would be cool... both for fighters and for larger 'star destoryer-esque' ships.

and maybe some melee type combat... I wanna see a Krogan powerbomb someone.

The main thrust of the game could be getting back to Earth.

I never imagined Quarians with hair, looks weird. I hope Bioware trolls all these people and we never see a Quarian suitless ever.

Damn, you beat me to it.

It'd be great in the reveal if a random Normandy crewmember was watching and asked: "Why do you look like a human?"

To which Tali would respond:

"Why do you look like a Quarian?"

Look at the Quarians in a certain way and you'd think Bioware got the inspiration from the Eldar. I mean, a refugee population wandering the stars after having unleashed an Eldritch abomination that plagues the galaxy, a Path of the Outcast (from which most are expected to return), and distrusted by virtually every sapient species.

Hence why they're just using it as a referance, which I already noted.

The FAS-look in regards to her eye spacing does make her look rather abnormal though.
