Well, it's official - I now have a terminator squad!

Got the first 5 finished! Just have to pin the justicar to the base tomorrow and throw on a little bit of seals/extras and they are complete, leaving me with only 5 more termies and a razorback to assemble.

Not gonna lie, very surprised I was able to get them done this weekend with all the random things that happened. Especially considering the afternoon was spent at the pool haha. ANYWAYS, let me know what you think. Thanks!

Thanks for the kind words! It took a while to find the proper poses for each base, and longer to get the right pieces together for the pose. But I really like how they turned out.

ESPECIALLY PROUD of the Justicar. He surpassed even my best hopes.

Lol that WILL be the next hurdle, after I get the next 5 completed, swap out a squad of PA GK's blades for halberds, assemble my Razorback, and play a damn game of zomibes on black ops. I haven't touched a video game in the 3+ weeks since the semester ended.


BUT 40K IS WAY BETTER. So not too concerned haha... O_o

Short Update - Justicar has addons now. Completed 6th termi as well (made it to count as Justicar in case I want to run 2 five man squads).

Just saw this thread last night, spent some good time since then skimming through it, looking at the pictures... what kind of supposed college student has the disposable income to get all those GK kits!? Otherwise, nice work. I like your melta dread, even though that it's a GK dread outfitted for ranged fitting is... different. Also really like your inquisitor, and am interested in seeing how you do the term inquisitor when you do.

And as to the disposable income question, I saved, saved, and saved some more just to afford what I was able to get (I don't EVER want to see Ramen Noodles AGAIN). O_o....

And the dreads are going to be tried and tested with all weapons combinations, just like the rest of the army, to verify the success/failure of the overall army build. It sux, I've had these guys since they were released, the SR and the LRR were done before the release, and I STILL haven't played with them.... So yeah, it may sound like a strange setup, but it's the best I can think of right now without being a noob and pulling a Razor/Psyfleman Dread/Purifier spam list - NOT DISSING THAT HOWEVER! Those who play to win have their-selves a great list, but I just don't like winning if it's not fun.

AND thank you for the inquisitor comments! I'm very proud of the little bugger, and I'm stuck deciding if I will make a Termi variant on Lucius Forgran, or make an entirely different Inquisitor..... It shall be a hefty dilemma.

Only thing left is the Razorback and correcting the Halberds which can easily be done in an hour or so (the halberd, the razor will take longer), but yeah, things are looking up!

I'm a fan of the pointing finger one (left most) but with the hammer, the staff isn't leader material imo is the arm locked in place, I believe that a pointed finger should be pointing at something, not at the ground hes about to walk on

Could be poking a map on a table, just sayin'. Though, I do have a similar pose in mind to do with a fem inquisitor of mine, besides that she would be more gesturing as though the enemy were some dog... "Come here, boy." But yeah, otherwise the arm might have some use being some other direction

Any chance of a shot of him with a normal SM or Guardsman? If the model's big enough he'd have to be pointing down at his target.

And definately with the Hammer or some other NFW. The staff really doesn't seem leader-ish.

@ all - No worries, the arms are all magnetized, so it can point higher. Just check out the first pic I posted of it and You'll see that it can point higher.

Didnt realize you had this much work put through these. Unbelievably jealous there arent models out to make my Scars look this bad ass. but we'll have to see if they play as good as they look. Rather interested to see what you do with the Razorback I traded you. Seeing everything else you've done theres amazing potential.

Thanks! Like I've said far too many times (and driven you and the gang NUTS about), Grey Knights are the reason I started this game, and they're the reason I keep playing. I love everything about the army. And don't worry, the razorback will blow your mind and I've got some sweet ideas to help with your scars. Just wait till school starts, then the fun shall begin!

Well, Titan's Legion is going on Sabbatical for a little bit, as I've been so focused on the army that it's starting to lose its appeal, and THIS I CANNOT ALLOW!

So, expect serious updates in a week or two, though there may be the occasional post.

I will be focusing on the Iron Mongers - link in signature - and getting backstory, heraldry, paint schemes, test models, etc. worked on as it is a much more casual state of creation for me.

Hope to be back here very soon with more GK action.

Hey now, just because I'm stepping away from MY GK's, doesn't mean I won't give YOUR GK's advice lol. Just hit me up via pm any time bud. And I'll probably be asking you some questions from time to time on the IM's.

UPDATE - Well, got myself two Techmarines and a Multimelta servitor via trade. Bye bye Canis Wolfborn and droppod, hello face melting and orbital relays.....

Just something to look forward to haha. Might end up using one techmarine for the mongers, but that's just a maybe... =)

Oh, forgot I also picked up a libby. Got another trade waiting on my end to go through for a Space Hulk Libby, which is going in this army. The standard one was just icing on a very delicious trade cake. Not sure what to do with him yet. Might just have to have two libby army list haha.

Not bad, but I personally prefer the blank flat banners. They allow for a more personal touch haha.

Hello from the land of my other blog, long time no see!

WELL, here is the deal.

I've been doing some trading and gotten a bunch of stuff for my GK's. Here are pics of what's new that I've gotten, and a comprehensive list of all the models for the army as of now:

1 x Pewter Castellan Crowe
1 x Pewter Lord Kaldor Draigo
3 x Terminator Librarians (1 x pewter, 1 x fine cast, and 1 x Space Hulk - trade goes through TOMORROW!!!)
2 x Pewter Techmarines & servoharnesses
2 x Multimelta servitors (1 x pewter, 1 x FW Hector Rex's retinue dude who shall be given a MM)
2 x Dreadnoughts
1 x Dreadknight (YES!!! FINALLY HAVE ONE!!!)
5 x Rhino's - 1 Razorback Turret
2 x Storm Ravens
1/2 x LRC/R (the 1/2 mean one or two, cause my mongers need another Achilles.... =])
15 x Terminators
20 x PA GK

And I'm probably forgetting something, but it's been crazy as of late between work, the mongers, and just trying to stay physically and mentally healthy. Lots of running, reading, and 40k goin on here haha.

And THAT's about it for now. Next week I'll be hard at work on the painting of the GK Strike Squad #1 again, so please forgive me if I do get distracted by more packages coming in for Iron Mongers *crosses fingers*.

TECHNICALLY, It's not my camera, it's the folks. Mine was the same model though Kodak M1033 Easyshare. Unfortunatley, travel claimed it's life somewhere in Arkansas. I HIGHLY recommend it.

well I 'had' 2 cameras, a 10MP which wont fire up anymore and an old 4MP which uses a set of Duracell batteries for every 30 pics I take, so I guess I am looking to get a new one might take a look at that model

On an unrelated note to the above... I am totally stealing your Land Raider paint scheme for my own Deathwing group, different colors of course but the way you painted it is brilliant.

Did I say steal? I meant of course that my scheme will be reminiscent of yours in ever lasting tribute. >.>

WELL, here's the good news. I have not yet given up on GK's!!!

Bad news.... I have overtime at work all week, my car's leaking oil, and so I've been put into a bad mood..... So no update as of right now. I'll see if I can't pull myself out of the funk with some videogames. Sorry to have to make you wait longer.

I'm sure the thread wont be going anywhere so I'm more than happy to wait for a more in depth update when you get the chance.
