BBL, I got a bunch of orks now, so am down to start trading some more! i Have a bunch to send out but i think i can take up a new crew of orks and marines to do!

I have one bolter marine, one Power sword marine that need families thou they arent painted yet, i wanted to see what colors people wanted.

I also have a few orks to trade, but i am using orks from here to fulfill my 'ard boy squad!

@WM - Sorry I've not been in contact, the marine looks great, a nice dark feel to the livery which suits him well. No need to base him, I got some resins for my marines. I've got you guy base coated but have a ways to go on him and at the minute its all stop on the painting front due to essays left, right and centre. Will hopefully get him done over the Christmas break when the work has died down.

I want in on this, who ever want a night lords marine PM me.

Probally want to post some pics of past (or current) work up Stalker. There are a few CSM folks, and I'd love to see an ork scale influx of more.

@ Lenny, gaven - Is it cool if I send to one of ya and have the other one forwarded from there? I'd offer to throw in a few bucks, but it wouldnt do ya much good. I can put some bits in there for whichever is willing to do it. I can send separately, but it costs like $7-10 to send anything to the UK, so if I dont have to.

It's ok that it'll take a while, I just started a little bit of painting your nurglite but I have plenty of other stuff that needs my attention.

So I started painting Schank's Ork, and I hate it. Tried white armor. Looks stupid on an ork. So I tried light green. That doesnt work either. Now Im worried. Helps me!

So I (evidently) let my parents take my camera on vacation with them, so no pics atm, but I "fixed" the tau-ork for schank. It's now part tau, part Catachan Jungle Fighter, Part Cyb-ork with a dash of Dark Angel I think he'd make a good loota.

Do you want a base on him Schank or leave it blank (and off)?

Thanks for the comment... Actually I really wanted to use the Blood Angels kits, but without the red tone, so I figured the drops could as well be tears...

By the way, the Chapter symbol will be three drops, as in here :

There is one per Sanguinary Guard box, and one per Death Company box... Quite hard to find uh!

If any of you Dakkaites isn't using them, I'd gladly swap a few other bitz for them (IG, CSM, Blood Angels, etc...)

@WM360 : too bad for the pics... I'll have to wait until next weekend to see some white Orks!!

Getting back to some marines...

Solar_Lion made these for my Deathwatch squad... a sergeant and a trooper. These are the prototypes for his Lamenters as he sorts through the wonders of painting yellow. Nice job though... I like them and they'll be a great compliment to the squad!

Git, no basing on your model, for somereason i never based it and I'm pretty sure its cuz you told me not to but maybe i am wrong about that...

so I am going to try to limit my trading now cuz i end up grabbing too many and then never can get them out in the mail in time!! that's the hardest part for me!!

Here is Art soldiers Ork 'Ard Boy. Be warned though Art, he is equiped with the most sacred war gear item available to orks. The Gob shoulder pad.
This item costs 50 points, and confers these two rules: The ork equipped with the Gob Shoulder pad is now T 10, and is immune to ID. Also, he may never be removed until only he and the Nob remain. If there is ever a point which removing him would be more efficient, remove a different model and place him in its place. ( )

Ok, that's cool! I never even thought of that before. I might have to make some of my own.

He needs a bit more ink wash on his shoulder, and he'll be set.
