I don't have my codex on me, but I think you can just take multiple powers if you have the Mark of Tzeentch.

People are like dice, a certain Frenchman said that. You throw yourself in the direction of your own choosing. People are free because they can do that. Everyone's circumstances are different, but no matter how small the choice, at the very least, you can throw yourself. It's not chance or fate. It's the choice you made.

MoT allows you to take two Psychic powers instead of one.

Top of page 88 on the Chaos Marine Codex: " A psyker may only attempt to use one psychic power per turn. The only exception to this is a model with the Mark of Tzeentch, which can attempt to use up to two psychic powers per player turn. . ."

The Chaos FAQ states that since Gift of Chaos does not count as a shooting attack so it can be cast multiple times a turn. So yes, you can attempt to cast it twice a turn with an Asp. Sorc.

Yep, entire Tzeentch armies are built around it. You spam Gift of Chaos until everything is turned into Spawn.

Is it true that a psyker who casts Warptime first can re-roll that Gift of Chaos roll if they miss

No. Warptime lets you re-roll hits and wounds. Gift of Chaos is a toughness check, where you have to roll over their toughness (or a 6). In any case using two gifts would be better than using one with a re-roll.

If we were to play each other in a tournament, not only would I table you, I would murder you, your family, every woman you ever loved and burn down your house. I mean, what's the point in winning if you allow people that don't take the game seriously to live?
