..I am just making this up as I go, btw. I have a general idea of how I want it to look, but really no plan how to get there yet.
I really didn't think the support part through when I glued together the floor panels, but I think it'll pass for something industrial when it is done.

You're starting something I've thought about doing for years. I am really looking forward to seeing how it comes out.

The molds are excellent. The "imperfections" just created more weathered / corroded character.

Just realized if you off with that triangle piece on each level, you can add a neat lift that would stand away from the building partially if its a full square. Might look nice on a future building, I wouldn't touch the one there though, why when you can make moaaar!

you could magnetize the lift deck do it can jump up levels..... yea yea hahaha!

Maybe the larger rectangle would be even better?

OOOh! Great Ideas Red!!

Big square would make a great lift size IMHO.

I would think Dave could devise a way to put the lift on rails with a crank and make it actually go up and down.

That's fantastic, I love that the floors are all separated by hatches...

The only gripe I have is that the underside has no detail, but that's very minor, and no-one would really care much in-game....

Are you going to do any kind of frame or safety-cage around the outside of the ladders? - I know 'elf 'n' safety isn't very high on an underhiver's list of priorities, but I don't think I've ever seen it done to this scale... Might look pretty cool....

Ace work anyway dude!

Pretty cool that those I beams were the same width as the pre fabricated ladder! Definitely very fitting for this new building.

Thanks Marty! Much appreciated broheim!- That is actually a U-Channel piece of plastic around the ladder

And thank you too Tibbsy, what kind of underside detail? Vik mentioned hanging cables etc.

Well by underside detail I mostly meant the undersides of the hatches, but other details like cables would be cool....

You don't really need them though, it looks great as it is.

HA underside needs detail see told you so …… how about some pie work and hinges easy to bug that together and stick on those ladders are great good way to bulk them out as well have to ask the balance feet on them did you them on your chopper to get them all the same size and neat if yes I am getting one of those as the one I have is crap and the blade bends as you cut and the shape is uneven and doing it by hand is worst

I like the idea of putting hatches on the under side that would be cool if not a bit pointless but cool.
