Rogue Daemonhunter fueled by Chaos

Hey guys. So, I wrote a review of the IG book after it came out, and while it had some critical elements, it really was more of a proto tactica or unit rundown. With six months of experience with the book, I was wondering what, if anything, should be done with it. Should I try to update it? Write a new unit review incorporating all the relevant information?
I'm partial to leaving it intact as a document for what it was: a first look at the IG. The problem is that I think people are using it as a sort of beginner's guide to IG, which is fine, but in that role it needs an update.
So, I guess I'm looking for advice/feedback as to what, if anything, I should do. And if anybody else feels like writing the definitive IG tactica, I have no problem with that.

Yes, update it. Instead of only unit reviews, though, try adding in some total army tactics. Include basic principles of strategy for each of the main IG builds (i.e. gunline, mech, air cav, etc.) and some tips for building such lists.

IMO, the basic layout of the review works fine. I wouldn't update it as such, instead maybe start a more advanced tactica? Or (aimed at new IG players) some example army set-ups to get them going.

I'd definitely read an update. The first pass was very interesting but I thought a bit offhanded at points.

Polonius your review was great, best review at the time of the codex release. If you've got the time and inclination a retrospective would be great, noting what opinions have changed in the time since your review and any new tactical ideas you've had in that time.

I think that I might simply edit what's currently there, and add some pages on basic tactics and list archtypes.

That's a great idea. I like the idea of having sample army lists for different styles of play and level of competition. If nothing else, it would be useful to simply have an "off the shelf" list to show people, for example, what a good AV12 horde includes.

What points was that? I'd love to expand or correct anything I did, so feel free to list specific complaints or requests.

Definitely update it! Time told at least me some lesson about the new IG, so it can't hurt to have another look at the 'dex. Your first review was good and I'd like to see you coming up with new points of view. If you could add some general advice for typical problems (hordes, mechas, lot of flanking) it would fit well, too. Okay, stop asking questions: write already!

Go ahead and update it. It's a good document, and discussing changes never hurts.
Besides, it's a Wiki, so it's not like it's intended to be graven in stone.
