Did I ever mention I have hobby ADD? Probably regular ADD too, but that is still undiagnosed as of yet...

So immediately after my last post I completely lost interest in painting the angry marines....

The good news is that despite the several month hiatus in posting, I did get back to da boyz in green

But this time with a little different flavor....

I've also started the conversion work on a [looted] soviet BMP to be a hammerhead. the Hover-ey-bits and railgun will be magnetized so I could also use it as a looted wagon or even a trukk if I want. Hopefully this will be done in less than 3 months...

IT'S THA EMPRAHHHH




Bought this model a long time ago, never got to paint it, figured now was as good a time as any.

Trying to get myself to paint something is like trying to pull out my own teeth, so I figured to try to get back into painting, I'll try something that's not an ork, since that's all that I had been painting for the last year or so (aside from the one librarian and two half-dreadnoughts)

Hehe you can always commission me to paint your stuff. That KAN IS wicked, and the looted hammer head is awesome!

Thanks dude, haha I dunnooooo I think I'm more broke than lazy.... And I'm pretty lazy when it comes to painting. BUT I got some painting done on the riptide.



Still not done yet, I gotta weather and polish it up in general

And got some soviet grots! (to operate the kannons that I've been proxying for forever--will get to that later)

Those grots make me so happy. I want them.. there awesome! Nice work on the kan too, but those Grots..

The grots are my favorite too, haha hopefully there will be a lot more of them some day. I have them....it's just that whole....painting thing....

Anyway, got the riptide done!





I realized in the middle of doing this that there's really not a good way to take a picture of this damn thing to really show off the pose.






And I also painted C4STRO (but not his hamma head)

The clap trap is awesome. I also really like the big kans paint job.

Very well done! Love how you made the Riptide!

That riptide looks just awesome, hama'ead too, but it might need some more orking up, with metal plates and such.
