When i get bored i usually think about all the things i have to do, how their deadlines are approaching and i haven't done anything about it...then i open Mozilla, and type "D-arrow down-enter". I'm not bored anymore

Usually I engage in the hobby when I'm bored, hence why I took it up in the first case.

Secondly, when I'm too bored to even do the hobby, find something totally inane to do (alphabetising cds always kills an hour, a LotR back-to-back kills 10), here are a list of possibilities you may wish to try:

Sand a mushroom.

Sort 12 tins worth of alphabetti spagetti into 26 individual cups and then eat in alphabetical order.

Cover a sheet of A4 paper in a 5x5mm checkerboard pattern using a pen and ruler, aim for 0.5mm precision.

Re-arrange your wardrobe, categorized by type of clothing and colour, if you own numerous tour t-shirts, put them in order of the date of the gig you went to.

Shave a punnet kiwi fruit.

Have a staring contest with yourself on webcam.

Delete your browser cache 1 file at a time.

Learn intermediate physics and calculate precise angles you should place your speakers at for optimum sound.

Send me a dollar/pound.

Encode the bible into binary, and then compress it using huffman encoding.

Paint a baneblade to 'eavy metal standards using only a fine detail brush with all but 3 bristles removed.

For me its play with kids, watch TV with the wife, paint, Dakka, DoW, FUMBBL, read, watch movies - in that order

Bored? The only time I am ever bored is at work. I pray for being bored at work. I can browse the 'net from my phone while waiting for something Bad to happen. I am posting this from my phone at work while bored right now, with nothing Bad happening yet.
