Agreed, more Lords variety will be cool and is much needed (why the heck can't they have a 2W HQ right now?). Wish I'd be able to play my 'crons army before 2012

You suck at trolling these days.

Hey, it's a better rumor than the digivolving color lords.

Therefore, if the c'tan gods get apocalypse style uber rules, I don't see why chaos shouldn't.
To all of a sudden make some god's playable at their full strength would be crazy...but knowing GW and their lack of logic......i wouldn't be surprised

No, it is because the summary was a confirmed April Fools joke. I cannot believe people still believe it!

I didn't say the April fools joke, I said the back of the 5th ed rule book.

It's right there on the last page.

Of course Gavin is probably right. They're probably just not there because they're special characters.

Only the insane have strength enough to prosper. Only those who prosper may truly judge what is sane.

That description of the Chaos gods is in the warp. There has never been any fluff to back up the idea that a chaos god has ever physically appeared on the battlefield to fight.

The closest you're going to get to that are the chosen champions of the Chaos powers and those are the uber-daemon lords already playable in Apocalypse via Imperial Armor.

About the only 'god' style characters missing from Apocalypse are the Daemon Primarchs. I wish Forgeworld would consider making those models for Apoc.

Versteckt in den Schatten deines Geistes.

Wouldn't that then raise a demand for Primarch models in general? I don't think GW have ever really wanted that to be part of the game.

I think the C'Tan made by ForgeWorld would be just AWESOME. I think the way they do the Ork stuff and super huge demons are just amazing. So trying to imagine their take on some C'Tan makes me excited lol. I think that would be pretty cool

I'm sure it would. But the fact remains that the Daemon Primarchs still fight on the battlefields of 40K right into the 'time of ending', whereas the loyalist Primarchs have all either died or disappeared. And we all know that Epic used to have models and rules for the Daemon Primarchs so I don't think it would be crazy for FW to make mdoels/rules for them while leaving the loyalist Primarchs out in the cold.

Although I still think they should make display sized models of all the Primarchs as well...I don't understand how that wouldn't sell like hotcakes even if they weren't actually playable models.

Honestly I feel that there should be Primarch models. Why not have Leman Russ who is still living fight along side the space wolves. Now Sanguinus is dead so he couldn't be used lol.
