Lexicanum says that Khorne is the mightest and the oldest of the Chaos gods.

So he might be the strongest.

But as people have stated before that the gods hate each and have been fighting for years with no winner.

That was from one of the short stories. In... Traitor's Hand I think it was, it was khornates trying to disrupt a slaaneshi ritual.
