Same here. I have probably a dozen minis that need to be painted, along with finishing my Leviathan Crusader and wrapping up the P&M Blog on it.

But what am i doing?...fooling around on Dakka & cruising ebay for more minis...

Incubi, I've got 10 that are primed and waiting to have something done to them. I just can't find a way to make the look right in my DE colour scheme.

Failing that I still have 20 Wyches, 10 Helions, 10 Scourges, 10 Wracks, 5 Warriors, 4 Venoms, 3 Beastmasters, 2 Haemonculi, 2 Ravagers, a Raider, a Talos, Lileth Hesperax and a Succubus to paint. Then there's my Daemons, CSM's and Eldar. I'll be honest, most of it will never get painted

I have a good amount of models painted but plenty left unpainted. I just wish I had the drive to paint a couple more hours a day, I haven't been in the mental state for extended painting.
If I could make a model magically appear just by committing to painting it right away though: rackham titan dragon.

Busy somewhere, airin' out the skin jobs.

More of my NOVA army...I need to do more catchup.

2000 pt army and all I have are 3 Vehicles completely finished.

1 Character, 3 squads awaiting finishing touches. 3 vehicles and 2 squads halfway done. 1 character, 2 vehicles primed. 1 squad, 3 vehicles unstarted.

Total days off b4 tournament, only 9.

Not quite in trouble yet. But I cannot screw around playing video games and goofing off anymore.

I just finished magnetizing and painting a DE Talos. It was an absoluting fun project all the way around. But right now, I'd love to finish painting and basing about 5 Striking Scorpions I've got on the bench. They're about 75% completed, and I'd love to move them across to the painted side of the room.

THE FUN HAS BEEN DOUBLED!!!

I'm really looking forward for my local store's order containing Daemon Prince kits arrive, so that I can get the last bits I need for my current project: A 40k Daemon Prince conversion of this big f***er...

And when I got my hands on it, I must admit I was like...

In real life, I must say I was inpressed by its size (I know it was a towering beast, but it was actually bigger than I though) ,and it changed my plans by using the shoulder pads from the plastic Daemon Prince kit, because they were too small ) and it wasn't only its size that surprised me, it was an impressive model too, not much of the OTT (anatomically) stuff if you ask me.

Though I'm not so fond of its head (it's nicely sculpted though, but it isn't my cup of tea), so I ordered the head from the new Zombie Dragon kit from eBay for it, and it fits very great, neither too big nor too small, which is the only problem with the current Daemon Prince. However, some conversion skills were needed to make the head fit to the body and some GS skills to make the head look more organic (sculpting eyes and covering the skull's gaps and such).

I was looking for making it more 40k'esque, I clipped its nails off and replaced them with the knives and scythes from the VC Zombies (as I want this DP to be a former Chaos Terminator Lord, who was armed with Lightning Claws) and fortunately I found some of the guitar strings one of my friends gave me, because they were completely messed up for guitar standards, but excellent for mini standards. So I decided to cut them short enough for the DP's arms, gluing them on the arms and hands and finally places small sausages of GS around the strings to make them look like they're going inside/outside his arms.

Later, I looked back at the shoulder pads and then I pondered about how they would fit and suddenly... They should be, like the rest of his armor, fused into his body! With some cutting on the shoulder pads after placing them on his shoulders to see where to cut and some GS on the shoulder pads' edges and into his shoulders, they look much better than looked like they were placed on his shoulders with nothing holding them.

Now I just need the trophy racks of the DP kit, so that I get the other bitz to make another DP from this kit for another project I've got in mind. Two birds with one stone... Or should I say... Shoota!
