Characters. Especially army leaders. I love getting into my Archon's head and laughing evilly as he sucks up more souls.

I especially love it when that target gets a swing at me first, and all of their attacks bounce of my my shadow/clone field.

The unit I like to kill is whatever the opponent is fielding. Tabling folks is fun.

The enemy of my enemy is a bastard so lets kill him too.

CRASSUS ARMOURED ASSAULT TRANSPORT!

I particularly enjoy taking out resilient units quickly in CC.

If they're relying on them to bog me down, and I take them out in a phase or two (or better, before they even get to react), then it fills me with fiendish glee.

Or if I manage to get my dreadnought into CC with a unit that does not have the Strength nor the wargear to hurt me. It makes me feel unstoppable.

(I'm a fairly chill guy regarding who wins or loses, but when my forces have their moment of glory, then I feel a special satisfaction)

Any unit that my opponent seems to be overly proud of. Like the Swarmlord, Mephiston, Draigo, A unit of Crisis Suits that have for some reason been ridiculously lucky, baneblade/baneblade variant, etc.

Gods? There are no gods. Merely existences, obstacles to overcome.

Good news. This is the best time in the hobby. Full of promise. GW lets us down each time and we know it but secretly we're hoping that this is the edition that GW gives us a balanced game that can also be played competitively at tournaments. I'm loving it.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE killing Ethereals.

In my local group apoc games, we generally have contests where the winner is the person who kills an ethereal in the most excessively violent way possible.

My personal fave was Ghazghull Thraka, on Waaagh!, directing all of his attacks at the ethereal.

May he rest in peace

Lol I base my whole strat on that the stomr raven will be a giant fire magnet. It almost always gets the whole of the army shooting at it that I can essentially ignore cover for the rest of the army simply based on that I know they will ignore all else to kill the bird.

Ghazghkull Thraka. Two guys in my group field him in their armies and they feel invincible with him on the board. In one game my Rune Priest swallowed him with Jaws of the World Wolf, while in another he was left all alone right in front of my Long Fangs. 2 Krak Missiles and 2 Lascannons later, down goes Thraka.

I also love deploying my Wolf Scouts on their table edge and popping things like Predators, War Walkers and harassing heavy weapons infantry like Lootas and Obliterators.

That's what you get for shooting at me!

This man knows of what he speaks.

I once played a teenager at a tourny who wasn't too experienced in the game. Tried to rush my IG with a clumped up wad of fire warriors while doing in it in the open with no cover in sight. I didn't have the heart to crush his chances of victory, but then I realized I have no heart so I gave him some leman pie and wiped out the entire squad with a single shot.

I did feel bad afterwards, but I also developed a taste for killing tau. Curious.

Strange, I feel the same compunction when an Imperial Guard General tries to insult me with his Armor 14 lump of lumbering metal with his measly Gue'la weaponry against my pristine Hammerhead Gunships. I too have developed a taste for 'impervious' armor that folds over to one of my mighty Rail Guns.

Actually i find with sisters you don't need to direct too much of the army at them one unit of outflanking dominions with melta or one exorcist usually suffices, the bird i can handle its the nastiness it can carry that tends to warrant some early attention.

Whenever somebody in my group gets a new model/unit (especially if its an expensive one) we have always had a tradition of trying to kill it as soon as humanly possible so they don't get to use it

Even if it means completely ignoring much larger or more immediate threats.

I absolutely adore killing hordes of cheap crap. Ork boyz, gaunts, guardsmen, you name it. If it dies in droves, I don't care if I win or lose, I'm still killing tons of them.

On a more personal level, Telion. He snipes my sergeants all game and I put units on special missions to assassinate him.

The best feeling I have ever got when I killed something was when my friend deepstruck his TH/SS Termies in the middle of my guard army, being all confident in their armour. I then proceeded to shoot them with my entire army in the next shooting phase and killed every single last one of them. Killing 3++ Terminators with lasguns is great!
