I would keep him.
He would be still writing codexes, but tied up in chains and electrodes all over his body.
He will have someone hovering over the button that activate the electrode that shock him any time he trie to write something OTT

Hmm, I'd actually split it into two forces;

Death Korp of Krieg 54th Siege Regiment & my intended Renegade Slaaneshi army, using FW only for both, of course.

Or I'd build an entire DKoK artillery regiment. Oh my goodness, the amount of artillery models I'd need. I'd have to move house to fit it all in.

on topic though: Already spent a few grand on an Elysian army. If I could finish it out as an entire, up to fluff regiment, I'd be happy. Complete with a to-scale retribution-class battleship. I'd also want an appropriately outfitted siege-regiment of guard (Not DKOK, they're silly) to encompass the ground-ops the Elysians would be in support of.

The entire DKOK army, with support from a thousand strong Baneblade armour unit, along with a couple of Titan legions. Oh and throw in a supporting company of Blood Angels just as an afterthought

Yeah I'm changing my mind. I would buy out giants stadium and fill every seat with a 30 strong Boyz mob, then fill the entire field with Marines and Guard artillery, then have them fight off the biggest WAAAGH known to the Imperium

I'd try to rebuild my old metal catchan army that I started when I was too young to take care of my models... and then maybe attach them to a huge set of big IG artillery guns. Yea, that'd be pretty sweet.

I would build a GK Army. I Love the look of the GK's (Except for the dreadknight I would have to convert it to make it look better)

I would get:
Inquisitor Coteaz, 2 inquisitors, Justicar Thrawn, Crowe, Draigo, Mordrak, 2 Grand Masters, 2 Librarians, 1 brotherhood champion
2 Venerable Dreadnoughts with different weapon options
1 of each assassin
henchmen squads (6) with many different individual henchmen
10 Ghost Knights
30 Purifiers
20 Strikes
15 Terminators/Paladins
6 Chimeras, 6 Rhinos, 6 Razorbacks
3 Stormraven
10 interceptors
3 dreadnoughts with different weapon options
3 dreadknights (Converted as to not look silly)

I'd build my entire homebrew chapter, all 2000 of them. I'd name and create a backstory for every single soldier in the force, I'd name all the tanks, I'd have them all professionally painted as I can't be arsed myself.

Perhaps I'd have a small scale army of their battlefleet as well.

Oh and I'd also create the entire Milessan Nightfighters Imperial Guard army I've always wanted. The ENTIRE army, as in the whole planets worth.

I was just thinking of this earlier today....

the entire standing army of Tau Sept Bel'Mar.

Realistically, about 30 'fishes (20 FW, 10 Pathfinders), same amount of Crisis Suits, magnetized, 15 Broadsides Skyrays and Railheads, as many TigerShark and Barracudas as I can find, and a couple of Mantas

Also a custom made Battlefoam bag shaped like a manta but deep enough to cary it all

For starters, all the FW Skaven.

Then I'd try to get my hands on the MASSIVE Hell Pit prototype sculpt to use as the "Hell Beast of Seep-Gore".

Then.

A 2500 point FW Chaos Dwarf force.

Daemonsmiths, Infernal Guard, a Skullcracker and Iron Daemon, both with Magma Cannons and Deathshriekers, then I'd pay FW to FINALLY sculpt and release a Destroyer model. And enjoy the adoration of the Chaos Dwarf community for all eternity.

An entire World Eaters army, spanning both Blood Angels and CSM books... Feth it, the whole damn LEGION. I'm talking Dread Claws, Land Raiders, Dreadnoughts of every savage shape and size, and hordes upon hordes of screaming bloodthirsty marines. Yeah... I like it.

Make the Full legions of Night Lords, Word Bearers, World Eaters, Salamanders, Imperial Fists, and Emperors Children.

A full Tau Hunter Cadre with every variation of crisis battle suit, tank and Broadsides. No kroot though.

Finish my Blood Pact force, and make an entire craft-world force for Eldar.

Lastly, I'd make a Dark Elf fantasy army focusing on Malus Darkblade and Cold one knights.

P.S. Oh, and a Southern MILICA army from Heavy Gear Blitz, all done up to be a Zion Army

If I had the money, I'd want to finish my Space Marines army. By 'Finish' I mean have enough models to field any configuration of army from the book. Unrealistic? Oh yes. But a man can dream...

Basically as many Renegade regiments as I could possibly muster. I would get the FW conversions too. No going to cheap way out.. They would be accompanied with full baneblade, titan, and warhour support.

Of course I would need to buy the whole Salamander and Blood Angels Chapter with again supporting super heavies.

Ohh I would also buy the whole UIltramarines Chapter and a large force of Necron to set up for Fall of Damnos.

Lastly as much Chaos as I could get my hands on. It would be sweet.
