For me, its the greater daemons. The Lord of Change actualy still looks ok, but the Great Unclean One is barely passable and the rest are just bloody awful!
I refuse to field a bloodthirster purely because its such a crappy sculp, and don't even get me started on the Keeper of Secrets, what the feth is that all about, the realy old model was far, far better!

Oh, the new horrors suck too, the old ones were awesome.

Oh i forgot to mention..... some female guards women would be nice. im fed up of trying to convert my own.

Also:

1, the storm talon. someone mentioned it looked like a GI Joe toy and im afraid i have to agree. its HORRIBLE

2, some variants on the marine sternguard/vanguard figures

3, options for the plasma gun on the standard guard sprue..... im fed up of swapping/converting all the time.

4, an Epic scale Imperator/Warmonger kit. ive had to scratch build my own.

Eldar Phoenix Lords, a bit too static and Jain Zar is just horrible.

All metal CSM and all metal Eldar (Aspects I'm looking at you).

All of the non-river Trolls.

Ghorgon. Looked so good in the Army Book, so bad in plastic.

Lizardmen Cold Ones. Give us the SoM/DE ones. Not the Derpadons.

Terradons. How can they fly if they couldn't possibly lift their own heads up?

DE Hydra. I have no reason to buy it even if resculpted, but it is just so fugly it offends my sensibilities about minis in general.

Dreadknight could use an enclosed torso option to eliminate the current issues.

I'd love to see a new Kharn sculpt, the current one is good, but he's too static IMO. It's a pretty old mini and things have come a long way since it was released so I'm sure they could make something beautiful now.

Re-do the woc line, especially the monsters, they're just fugly. They were laughable when they were released, now its just sad to look at them!

Interestingly enough, the Colossus more or less looks exactly like the FW Bombard. I suspect they're basically the same thing.

Anyway, for me:

-Stormtalon: Everyone has been over how bad it looks
-Stormraven: Everyone has been over how bad it looks
-Newcrons: Less Egyptians in space, more machines. Canoptek Wraiths, Deathmarks, and Destroyers over flying canoes and pharaohs with green spears.
-Tyrannofex: Make the model resemble the original art, mount the cannon directly under its chin (or on top of its back).

A fair few of the oldest models really need to be caught up in plastic kits or Finecast.
Eldar Jetbikes desparately.
Ork buggies and skorchers.
Warp spiders.
Ragnar Blackmane.
Plague Bearers.
Sisters especially the boggo battle sisters and the Exorcist.
Land speeder.

I'd really like if they would release a legitimate Neophyte pack.

Well GW seem completely incapable of making a good looking Space Marine flying vehicle. Land Speeders aren't bad but the Stormtalon and Stormraven are basically flying boxes. The IG Valkyrie looks 10x better.

Actually I'd prefer this to my original post. I would LOVE to do a Catachan scout force loaded with sentinels.

Especially when there's a plastic railgun on the Hammerhead. Apparently either a) they couldn't downsize the hammerhead railgun or b) they didn't think they would sell enough Broadsides to make the mould worthwhile. Because no Tau players use broadsides due to all our other anti-tank options in the army.

QFT This! I'd love some new Phoenix Lords. Most of them seem too small (**cough MauganRa cough cough**), all are way to static looking (well except for JainZar)....but seriously...redo them all. After Seeing the Dark Eldar releases methinks GW could do anything if they wanted to. Those damn Scouges...so beautiful.

Otherwise i think im ok with most of the scuplts. Some of them really need to be redone (badly) but i doubt GW will ever get to it :(

One of the new Empire kits looks like the machine the Whos use to make too much noise at Christmastime and annoy the Grinch. The Empire Electro-Who Cardioscope.
On the other hand the new War Alter is not bad at all.

EVERY other aspect from 2nd edition has had an update sculpt or THREE since then.

Warp Spider box is 4 troopers + Exarch with NO possibility of an unupgraded 5th model - and the exarch has only ONE of his ranged weapon upgrades and only the one CCW upgrade. The troopers may have at least two sculpts, but they are still stunningly static models.

I tried painting a Warp Spider the other day but hated the look of it so much I gave up and dumped it in the Simple Green. The other thing would be a decent set of rules to go with the Phoenix Lords; no use on new sculpts when no one in their right mind would spend the points on them instead of a Farseer, Avatar or Autarch.

Plastic Ork Warboss with more options.
A Warboss in Mega Armour that isn't Ghazzy (for the love of god)
A mini for Zogwart, and maybe some character squigs to go with him (Abbadon the Squigspoiler anyone?)

This thing is a pretty simple concept. They've never managed to make a good model out of it.

What's worse is they have a fantastic bit of art in the current codex, which looks nothing like the model they made to go with the codex.

This, this sooo many times.

Even though I have recently bought a bunch of the old metal tankbustas to make a mob of 15, and I am now in the process of trying to un-clone them. The main problem is they are amazing sculpts, but so stylised it's very difficult to make ordinary rokkit boyz/anything else look similar enough that they fit together well in a unit.

That and meganobz, not that anyone ever uses them enough to warrant GW making a plastic kit...
