Nice job on the pipe access - simple, cheap, effective

You could even use the access hatches as objective markers, numbered 1-4.
What do they look like opened? Or is it just open a crack like in the picture?

Thanks DJJazzyJeff,
They can be opened and closed as desired, in the photo they are mostly cracked open. Inside they are just pitch black.

Next piece is another possible gang hideout with a ruined Administration building, or a ruined building for 40K. I did lest rust and weathering than the previous large building.

Great looking scatter terrain that you've been cooking!

The opening tunnel access points and their numbering is a really cool idea! Will surely open up some great opportunities on the tabletop.

The last building is a prime example of how a good looking base can make those maybe a little bit boring GW buildings look really good

I agree. The extra work on the base really ties it together as a scene. I really like the inclusion of the girders and the piece that matches the flooring.

Nice work CB. Exceptionally neat hazard stripes, how’d you get so many to be so neat? Did you use a stencil?

GReat work AGAIN! The tower Is coming to life. Well executed and very reminiscent with the colors compared to the artwork. Looking forward to seeing how you tackle the support legs. I’m guessing those are just temporary pieces of the template cut outs.

gobert wrote:Nice work CB. Exceptionally neat hazard stripes, how’d you get so many to be so neat? Did you use a stencil?

Thanks gobert. I cheated and used a printer to print out the hazard stripes, then cut them to fit, and then weathered them to match the floors.

Thank you Theophony. I am going to keep the smaller supports made from extra plastic card. As the base is smaller so that it can be close to other towers (whereas the original carboard towers had no base and could be placed to fit easily close together). Now this might make the upper floors more susceptible to incoming fire. If that is the case I could always add some higher supports later.

Cunning work printing off the stripes! The weathering is looking great, and I particularly like all of the numbers on the floors too.

Gotta second Ezki, weathering can easily get out of hand, but you manage always the right amount. And perfect integration of the hazard stripes, they don't feel added on.

So with the supports painted up.

Looking down on the tower and base.

Next I want to add some wiring to the sides of the bulkheads for some more detail.

Thank you youwashock,

Finished tower. So I now have four multi-level buildings to connect with bridges that I have not finished building yet.

Each of the four sides with the extra wiring added to the rather flat edges of the bulkheads.

Close-ups.

Now the base is pretty empty...not certain if I want to leave it that way so there is no impediment to the scatter terrain being placed for a game...or if I should add some detritus around the base of each bulkhead.

You could probably get away with a little bit of grit around the feet. Looks great! Almost too nice to play on.

Looking good Captain, I agree, a bit of gravel/debris around the foot of the structure would tie it in to the base nicely. At the minute the platform looks nice and decaying, but with a pristine floor. Even a bit of your rust colour around the base of each levels bulkheads might help with that? I guess the bridges will be your next Necromunda project?

Just wow, those small cables really bring the tower to life. Your attention to the details always makes these scratchbuilds!
