Hi I'm kinda new to 40k but i have noticed that GW overprices their products. I know a couple of places that sell the good stuff for cheeper prices then GW but iwant to know the opinion of more experienced gamers. Any knowledge would be greatly apreciated.

ThanksTauBoy

I have asked myself that question many times. I still just reach into my pocket and hand over the money. I think it works the same way that Apple does. They are very proprietary with their license and it's all made in the UK where things are higher priced to begin with... Then you can look at Forge-world. I desperately want a Thunderhawk, but not for 800 USD.

Greetings sir!

We have some great web sites in sunny old England but tbh i still buy stuff from GW cos I think the help they give me painting etc is all paid for with that mark up and without them i'd hae never got into the game, just a thought and i still use other websites for bigger purchases ;-)

Also, if you are lucky enough to be near it warhammer world is awesome!

Some of the prices are plain daft though lol
