So hard to pick a favourite. I'm going to go with Suzi from Hasslefree Miniatures, though there's dozens of Kev White sculpts I could have picked instead and been happy with. As it happens, Suzi is my favourite out of the models I've actually painted, so I'll go with that!

That model is what inspired me to start collecting Eldar, I love it.

IDK what my actual favorite is though, I'd say its either Kharn, Typhus, Lileth, that Farseer or the DE Scourge set.

EDIT: Typo's

I could see the Farseer shooting lightning out of his other hand...

Maybe I'll have to model some on when I get one!

What exactly makes this your favorite miniature?

Curious.

I didn't make it, just painted it.

Couldn't really pick a favourite model so I went for a favourite sculptor (Kev White, because his stuff is without fail well detailed, well proportioned, full of character, and awesome). And since I couldn't pick a favourite Kev White model, I went for Kev White models I'd actually painted. Of those, Suzi is definitely my best work.

TL;DR she's very well sculpted and characterful.
