How much do you think the postage from the US to you would be?

Erh.. not sure. I just took a trip down to my Post Office and asked how much it would cost from here to the US.. so.. either that or just google?

Brother Lucifer. I've sent a couple of single model sized envelopes to the UK recently and it was $1.44 so it shouldn't be too much more than that to Iceland.

That sounds great.
It would be a small box or envelope, so it'll be cheap.

Why yes it is. He's actually got a good bit of paint on him. But he's still a ways off.

and lastly the marine for Git

and here is an example of my basing in case any of you want some basing.

i guess i could have put up less pics but thought pics of each side would be better in the hopes it would give a better idea of how a non-blurry pic would look.

sorry if too much

Well, that pic is whe he was first starting to be built. The weapon has been changed but is currently frusturating me. I'll see if I can't get better pics (and newer ones, for that matter).

Thanks by the way!

Good work my friend.

Nice looking marine Sage! I love the sword and board look you gave him. Don't base the marine for me. I am going to base him so he matches my table and all the others. As for gloppy legs, you can be the judge. As long as you are happy with him then so am I. I would have to agree with Gits comment as well. Keep on painting and you'll see the painting keep getting better. All you need to do now is learn to take better pictures! lol.

Yup, he made it in one piece. I got Gits MW back together, and the Doom Eagle made it unscathed.

I'm picking dad up after work today, and my finger is better-ish, I did some hard edging on a vindicator last night, just to see if I could. I should be able to start up again next week. And hopefully get to the PO, assuming no more madness ensues.

Okay Git, heres you'r finished marine.

Aswell as some WIP´s for Brother Lucifer's sarg. I'm trading with him!

Git's marine:

There is some 'slight'(not really 'slight') pooling on his right knee(lucky for me, the pics dont show it ) and his eyes are just some red with a white dot. I've never been that good with eyes, usually its just Foundation Red>Scab Red>Fountation Highlight>White dot. Now its just Scab Red>White dot. The black highlights look a lot better IRL.

As for Lucifer's sarg. :

Really tapletop heavy, so I added a little bonus on the bottom lol. Hope you like After trying to pin, GS and eventually just giving up on the sword arm I finally got it to stick. Now all I'm hoping for is that my effort wont be ruined when I strip the paint off( the brake fluid I use tends to soften the superglue, cousing parts to fall off..).

Oh, and the photor aren't that good becouse my dad's using the camera tonight(he's a photographer and needs to take pictures for a festival in town). I'm Athiest, but thank wahtever's up there for the Dakka Auto-adjusting pictures. Pretty much saved the photos I took

No painting done this weekend(or very little at least) as there is a HUGE festival( huge when you compare it to other festivals around here, not really that big if you compare US, UK etc.) and I'll be there.. partying while I'm still young, eh?

Truly phenomenal there Arakasi, though it seems a shame to waste it on a normal base.....

I hear-by propose that the model should be based upon a full ten man tactical squad of marines. All those in favour say "Aye".
