First game I played AOBR, ( no nobz in boy squads ( no PKs on nobz either ) ) I assualted the immobilized dreadnaught with 20 boyz and lost. " Wait what? You are trying to teach me how to play and you said assaulting that would be a good idea??? Jerk!! " My friends were laughing.. All in all PK's ARE GOOD!!!!

wasted around 30lascannons shots along with some other str 9 and 10 weapons against 3 monoliths and killed 1 (it was an apoc match).
Should have used that on his warriors to force him to phase out...

Played against Tau with my CSM. A once 10 man strong CSM unit with an Icon, 2 meltas, and an Aspiring Champ w/ PF had been whittled down to just 2: the Champ and a model with a meltagun. Near the end of the game they were safely sitting on an objective until my opponent decided to move a squad of 5 fire warriors towards it to contest.

I shot, and missed. So I decided to charge and consolidate back onto the objective.

Needless to say, the Champ never got the chance to use his PF.

Drop Podded a Tac Squad RIGHT next to a purgation squad.....got shot to bits and assaulted.

But I won the assault.

He failed Morale.

He ran off the board.


I had 2 marines left.

Just goes to show that, just because it's a stupid move, doesn't mean it won't work

Charged incubi into a tactical squad. Forgot they didn't have grenades. From now on, I take an archon W/Phantasm grenade launcher with my incubi.

Rammed a land raider at full speed with a fire prism. it died. then i rammed the same land raider with my wave seprnet at full speed it also died. then i rended it open with maugan ras gun. the land raider finally died.

2000 pt battle against imperial gaurd and space marines. Moved my hive guard out of synaps and and lost all of my gaunts witch charged a leman russ, bad idea! Most stupide thing I ever did and hopfully the last.

I tried charging a single gun drone at a marine on a hill. Actually killed the marine.

played a 2000 point game at my local GW as part of A eye of terror campagin so i was allowed 400 more points than him and ignored force organization so i had some fun with necrons and used both ctan gods, lord on destroyer body, 6 destroyers, 2 monoliths, 3 heavy destroyers, tomb stalker, 2 tomb spaiders and 20 scarbs.

played more than 1 game with only boyz, nobz, warboss and deffkoptas
no kff, kan wall or transports. no heavies either.

what can i say. money was tight.

Don't underestimate the Close Combat prowess of Gun Drones. I've had them take out a whole squad of Khorne Berserkers in CC once. There's waaay more stories about Drones wrecking face in CC than there really should be, actually.

Yea you get spoils of war per week 4 wat side gets more victories.
