I like the book and the green book mark. Think that is my favorite part of the model. The rest looks great too. Cannot wait for all the squiggles I forsee coming!

Update: Started on bringing the colours up, the whites got another coat, the book got a single coat

@Graven - I was tempted to do a red bookmark but thought it might blend into the back ground to much

@Stonned - The rider? But yes there will be squiggles

@Solar - Big chopper style bars that go higher than the rider?

@Januine - I'm slightly worried I wont be able to fill the pages with something meaningful, oh well I'll just do a ton of squiggles and see what happens!

Update: I think the bike is 80% done minus some rear edge highlighting and squiggles, so next up should be the rider

Really like all the pipe exhaust work. The white grey and red really look good and stand out. Excited to see him with his rider on!

Bike looks sufficiently squiggled

, the rider looks quite good as well. I'm particularly drawn in by the shield.

@Cam - Huge thank you, I am trying to make this guy quite special, plenty of detail and "hopefully" as clean as I can

@Justaerin - Thanks, its my counts as "The Shield Eternal" from the Marine relic list, I was going to just put on a standard stormsheild but needed something special

Update: Started a different way on doing cloaks, mixed a darker colour to paint into the recesses instead of a shade, will see what happens

That technique for a darker color will be interesting, look forward to the final results.

Cheers Wolvey, I also tried something new for his hair as well, and I am very happy with how it looks and intend on using it on my older looking warriors going forwards.

Update: Almost done, some smaller details left to do and squiggles.

@Januine - Cheers, I have got this particular looking face locked down, I'm pretty sure I could do it with my eyes closed now (although results may vary if that method is employed)

@Mad - Will have to have a marine vs nid battle next so I can try out all these new toys

Update: Assembled and did all the little bits, had to do a quick phone picture until I can do the proper pictures tonight

@Zerg - Good question, I believe it is a fantasy shield with all the centre bits scraped off and new GK stuff added.
