The new stuff was created for infinity, but world work just as well for 'a certain alien race' in the 40k universe! It was abit of a break from the MDF stuff and for us to see if we could produce resin cast terrain. Whilst the answer is a resounding yes, a little more development is needed on our part as to nailing an aesthetic suitable for a range of pieces, so it's going to be a very long weekend watching cool movies and playing all those video games! Hard times eh!

If you made the support beams look like ladders and have the capability of putting models on firing slits I think it would be 200% better but none the less this is friggin out standing!

The "ash tray" terrain piece looks odd, not sure bout the small pieces, like the big towers. The fences have good potential. And if you can manage that the rest of the terrain is compatible with Micro Art Infinity terrain and Tau looks, then you have a winner.

Liking the fences and the barricade upgrade. Undecided about the Infinity stuff, need to see more. Pretty sure it will appeal to tau players though!

The terrain looks decidedly tauish, maybe with refinements it willl be better. I do like the upgrade bit to the barricade though. very swanky.

Guys what software do you use for your APC door and base design, only had a play around with paint at it was laughable. Just wanted to throw around a few ideas before I commissioned a mold.

More exciting updates warmill! Loving the infinity terrain, looks like a very promising start. The fortress extension looks okay, not 100% sold on it atm, perhaps it is because you have only constructed a small portion of the wall? The way it fits together is genius!

pps, how about a set of stairs for the wall extension? ladders are all good for a couple of guys but when it comes to rushing a platoon up onto a wall, somethink a little more efficient is needed

I think they are using google sketchup

Did a bit more on the wall upgrade set while manning the laser, now featuring hot ladder action. I'm thinking about a ramp addon but need to think about whether it's a standalone part that clips on or an alternative kit in itself.

I'd go with a stand alone piece for the ramp - gives people more flexibility.

Nice progress! I like how you have now lined up the firing slits to be on top of each other. Stand alone stairs would probably be the best, I can imagine them fitting into that sticky-out section on the third picture from the top.

I have a sneaky suspicion that the fortress walls I ordered could soon become the 'inner fortress'

We've had confirmation that at least 1 package has made it to Oz which is a massive weightoff our minds! Hopefully the US and Canada packages will be ok too.

it's been a while since we posted anything due to being busy making castles and resin bases, so I thought I'd post a couple of little nik naks we've made here and there, usually thrown together out of existing files as quick tests. Also some Ariadna Infinity bases for my army.

Any thoughts on producing 15mm FOW type Normandy Buildings or ruins? Oh and would you take commissions for objective markers for my Armies? If so what file types do you prefer and at what resolution...

Oh BTW i would buy some black spray paint, spray a line through the Speed sign on the side of the Laser and write "Da Warmill"..

Not sure about FOW, though I have picked up the little learn the game box with the 5 tanks in to get some ideas. Ed's keen to do some Epic-scale stuff though. We can certainly do objective markers, if you can supply a vector image (preferable) or one at least 300dpi we can make them pretty quickly, otherwise it'll have to wait a couple of weeks until we've cleared a bit of backlog (this warmill malarkey would be so much easier without a day job getting in the way )

Made a few bases to rebase my Ariadna guys for Infinity. We're doing a commission for someone along the same lines so I already had most of the data ready.

We're just finishing off a big commission that's been ongoing for a while (600 resin bases eep!) and then we'll be churning out some new stuff. We've got some bits and bobs we made ages ago but never got a chance to photograph and put on the website, along with lots of plans we're just trying to find the time to do. And don't even get me started on the valkyrie kit...

600 bases? Wow - I thought my 50 was quite a lot

Hey guys we're back! We've been busy the past couple of weeks getting 600 resin bases made for Da Boyz GT in October (we even got our girlfriends sanding for us ) but now that's sorted we can start making some more stuff. Now we just have to work out what we're actually going to take off the to-do list! We've got Infinity terrain, more barricade parts, more bases, the valkyrie kit, tank hatches, tournament packs, display bases, etc etc to work on, so if anyone wants something in particular let us know and we'll direct our attentions accordingly

I worked on the modular barricade upgrade pack while cutting stock today, modelling some stairs. Using the support struts as a ladder looked a little unwieldy in the flesh (nice and solid though ) but did allow easier access to models on the lower level. Suggestions are welcome
