Yeah, but perfect warboss sized. And it would actually allow me to have him have a huge amount of dakka
[edit] And if you have a spare dred, I can trade you something for it

i think its way too big to even be a warboss, it is awesome, but i think you may have to go with killer kan or deff dred for that, mostly due to the base

yes but idk i would think it easier to use these as dreds and convert up a dopeee warboss. these models look like awesome dreds to me!

Well, I'm already sold on doing the conversion, so....
But, I will be converting the AoBR boss as my normal boss, and I will be making the other conversion as his second incarnation. I'm going to write some stories one I get to my Boss, and make up a tiny piece of fluff each time I glue on a new weapon (before I paint him) About his never ending quest for more dakka.
Also, I can't think up a first name, but the last part of his name is Goldmaw.
fluff story up once I paint him (AoBR version)

Hmm, Goldmaw Godcrusha sounds really cool.
And there we have it

I received my trade today, and with it the AoBR warboss, but not the standard head. He sent one wrong thing, so when I send them back (3 koptas), along with his IG, he is going to send back 5 nobz (they will become my flash gitz) and hopefully the warboss head. If not, I have many nob heads.

The nod heads look kooler anyways.

There are tons of views! I know you all are reading this! Leave me advice or something!

The extra nob head is perfect for going in the dread though.
Its basically the AoBR boss head but its mouth closed. Same metal eye parts, etc

Clean your mould lines.
Drill your barrels.
Be good to your mother.

Oh - and careful using a Nob head for a Warboss - there is a size difference!

There you go

Thanks. I try to clean all mold lines, but some sneak through
And nobody will be able to tell the size difference when its in the dred

Drilling the barrels looks good, but its risky- mess up and you srew the whole model.

I'd be using a tiny 'twist it yourself' drill, not a power drill.
And if I make the hole in the wrong area...green stuff!
I painted my last two burnas, pics up tomorrow, along with the dred conversion (my friend forgot it today b/c he was on a art trip, so hes bringing it tomorrow. I'm so pumped)

That's the spirit! Slow and careful helps too. I usually use the sharp end of my circular file to make the centre before breaking out the pin vice

Thats a good idea. I'll try that before drilling.
Today Im adding fluff, the painted burnas, and hopefully the dred

burna's

But he he is in all his WIP glory, my Warboss!

I'm going to be working on adding much more late into the night, and tomorrow, before painting him sometime this weekend.

Sorry for lack of fluff. I will write a small fluff story, I already have it all in my head. Just need to type it up.

I think it's funny how he seems to be peeking out of the dread Armor! And the obvious OTT on the Dakka.

His peripheral vision is atrocious - excellent modeling of BS2

Thats the one thing my dad kept pointing out.
Anyway, I am adding one or two more details, possibly another gun (I added some wires, I need to add more, and a hanging human head on his waist)
I will be (at the very least) starting the fluff story a little later tonight

Any other suggestions before I paint him?
I am going to hold off priming him until tomorrow, so everyone who checks in can see and offer suggestions first
