Big fan of Sereant Centurius the special ed character from the Legion of the Damned, but the latest Death Jester is my number 1 40k model I think.
Fantasy wise, I would go with the dwarf lord posted earlier. It is is cracking.
Why do I keep thinking about penetent engines.......hmmmm there is a thought, possibly the coolest looking vehicle ever.

The Terminator Chaplain is like the quintessential 40k model. Covered in skulls, gothic as hell, and he looks like he wants to smash your blaspheming face.

Ah, someone posted a greater daemon!

In terms of having the most impact on me, it will have to be this guy:

For me, this is one of the true representations of Chaos in that it makes you go "what the hell?" when you look at it.
Not a skull in sight, it is such an esoteric model - it makes you want to know more about what it is, as well as just being damned weird!

I think somewhere along the road, since the heady days of the Realms of Chaos book, something has been lost in the conception of Chaos, and nowadays the most extreme screaming face or largest collection of skulls seems to be the desired effect. 'Chaos' was never meant to be just about that - it was always the 'alternative' world view, of living outside normality and causality, that unknown that always holds the greatest attraction to humanity - but once you go there, and you try and understand it, you can't go back!

So for me, this was a really evocative piece, and made me want to know more about the forbidden sides of nature..

All that plus the boob! A model just doesn't yell slaanesh without at least one giant booby!

The snotlings flipping the bird. There was another one that was relieving himself in a helmet, but those old rt era snotlings are some of the funniest ones that ever came out.

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money.

Oh wait. Isn't that some special mini that was released for some specific event or something?

I've always liked Logan Grimnar, and Lilith is a fantastic model too.
It's hard to call, a lot of the newer stuff is fantastic, the new plastics especially

When you look at the detail and dynamics of some of the recent sculpts choosing becomes an impossible task.

For My Orks, Snikrot, Zagstruuk, and the Stormboys, well, you can't argue with quality like that.
I may not agree with the pricing or the release schedule, but I can't argue about the quality of the sculpts that are coming out these days.

If the thought of something makes me giggle for longer than 15 seconds, I am to assume that I am not allowed to do it.
