Its a true T6 Jetbike that will hound your Serpent with its S5 2D6 pen untill the poor thing explodes, then deal with its contents. It has a 4+ invul, and if you manage to kill it, it has a good chance of simply getting back up and continue going.

Lord turbo's into range and you have 1 turn shooting before he charges:

LRP = 1.61111111 etc wounds. (If this is the 20 shot one).
Blob = 2.77777 etc wounds but if you kill it most likely stands up.
It will then easily destroy both units in close combat.

To take on either unit:
Hammerhead w: Railgun, Gun Drones(for move 12" and fire even if firing subs aswell as pinning), Multi Tracker, Flechette Dischargers, Disruption Pods
The only way you cn damage it is either punisher in the rear armour or the blob grenading it in which case prepare to lose a lot to Flechettes .

It's a long shot but how about:
