And heavy! I had to carry two complete Zombicide sets to my car... and I forgot where I parked. Not a fun 15 minutes...

Does anyone know how to get hold of the Sedition War guys? I've sent them a message on Kickstarter about 2 weeks ago, but haven't gotten a reply yet - perhaps that wasn't the best way to go about it.

As far as tracking numbers go, I got my zombicide tracking number the same day as I got my game.

Is it really something that pressing? If yes, I'd go through the KS page and, at the very least, CMON will direct you in the right place.

If it really isn't important, I'd wait and give them a chance to get this shipping done.

I was pretty sure it wasn't going to come thru which is why I only put up for the standard bearer instead of all the possible awesome. But I'll let you know if anything comes of it.

Dreamforge wave 1 I think will follow closely after Sedition Wars, although I think it's hitting the states at the very end of January so might be shipping at the very start of February (I'm not counting on getting it until mid-Feb).

My memories a bit foggy, Did we ever find out what the international shipping pays for here in the UK.

All I remember was that we would avoid tax because it got shipped here from china but we still had to pay the postage while USA did not?

I think the official line was that it was more expensive for them as they had to get a separate shipment sent to the UK...

the £25 covers p&p from uk . also vat and import tax {or what ever peoples local versions are}

so for example my package would be about £100 so vat at 20% plus import tax and royal mails super great "handeling charge" i would of been looking at a extra £40 at least if it had come from the US. plus the delays .

Here's hoping we have this before the 26th...

Mikes post: This section of the forum will act as a guide to assembling the miniatures that come in Sedition Wars: Battle for Alabaster. I am going to be writing a series of articles, looking at everything from general tips and tricks, to step-by-step guides for some of the ore complex pieces.

Many of the miniatures that come in the box are very easy to assemble - requiring only to be glued to a base, but some require a little more work. With the larger miniatures, like the Grendlr, we didn't want to compromise the design of the miniature, so the part count had to be quite high. I know this may be intimidating for those of you who are not experienced in multi-part miniatures, but hopefully we can ease that pain by guiding you through the process here.

I am going to be writing the actual articles over on the Studio McVey blog (it's far easier to lay them out), but will be linking each with unique topics so they are easy to find.

I want to keep this forum clean and uncluttered, to make specific articles easy to find - so I have disabled posting new topics. You are more than welcome to reply to existing topics though - with hints and tips of your own, or to let us know if you are having difficulty.

Anyone get a shipping update? They said starting Tuesday we would get tracking numbers.

I suspect you'll hear of folks getting packages before you hear of folks getting tracking numbers. I just hope they actually have started shipping.

No idea about tracking numbers, but CMON commented in the KS updates thread

Hmm... for some reason I thought they were shipped and people were starting to receive them. Nevermind then

They are shipping this week (the US ones anyway). I've not heard of anyone getting their copy yet. Hopefully that changes soon.

Whether or not they are not-Firefly enough is one thing, but overall, I'm really happy with the overall quality and I'm very glad that my not so insubstantial investment in their Kickstarter is going to turn out quite nicely in the end!

Zoey, River, and Mal are great. Jane doesn't quite do it as Jane. Overall quality on the mini's though is great. I'm glad I picked up two of them. One is going to be a gift for the buddy who made me but the series to watch it again
