I'm not a tyranid expert, but it looks like a 2nd edition model, so I just started googling "2nd edition x" where x is a tyranid unit.

Here's a picture from coolminiornot that's titled "classic hive tyrant" and it looks suspiciously similar. So I'm going to guess it's a 2nd edition hive tyrant.

Play this in a current list and watch players get mad at you as your hive tyrant is on an infantry base

Yeah, the 2e Hive Tyrant was about the size of a modern Dreadnought.

Chibi Tyrant! Enemies must pass a Leadership test or they find it too cute and may not attack. But if Sisters of Battle roll doubles on their Ld test, immediately remove the Chibi Tyrant from play as they take it home as a pet and put bows on it.

Well, if you check out Sister Sydney's homebrew/expansion rules, you'll find all kinds of units the Sisters could have, that fit with the theme of the Sisters (as a tabletop army) perfectly well, and are damn-near-perfectly balanced.

I’m updating that fandex now & I’m eager for feedback on new home-brew units for the Sisters: Sororitas Bikers, infiltrators & Novices, tanks, flyers, characters, superheavies, Frateris Militia, and now Confessors and Battle Conclave characters

It could be a tyrant guard now.

"Back in my day, I used to be a full-sized hive tyrant, but then tyrant inflation started running away, and all those new tyrants kept immigrating in and stealing away all the positions of the old tyrants."

"Yeah, whatever gramps. Here, you can be a tyrant guard now, for old-time's sake. Yup, like that. Just be quiet and go over there."

"And back in my day screamer-killers were-"

"Yeah, whatever, just keep on going. Keep... there ya go."

A Tyrant Guard smaller than a Space Marine!?

It's an old 2nd Ed hive tyrant. I use the one I have as a warrior prime. I like the mini tyrant look more than a large warrior

Makes up for his size with feistiness.

LOL!

With that excuse, you could proxy any tyranid model with its epic version, as far as I'm concerned.
