The Red Marines will no longer have Mephiston in their Codex. Instead, hobbyists will be forc- be fortunate enough to have to buy him in the "Lord of Death" dataslate.

On the day of laun-release hobbyists will be able to purchase day on- a supplement called "The Company of Death" where they will be able to field an entire army of Death Company. It costs exactly the same as Codex: Red Space Marines but still requires it to get the full rules. The full fury of the Death Company is yours to command! (No, the fact that Unbound makes this army formation possible is not a good reason to skip this exciting release).

Thought for the day: Hope is the first step on the road to disappointment.

Codex: Red Marines will include the option for Red Paint Job. For wysywig terms, all models with red paint must purchase this upgrade.
It will be 15 ppm, and 5 points on a tank. For fluff purposes.

The last book gave us the deep striking Land Raider and psychic Dreadnoughts.

Now it's time for...the deep striking Fortress of Redemption. Which has psychic powers.

Driven away from WH40K by rules bloat and the expense of keeping up, now interested in smaller model count games and anything with nifty mechanics.

Blood angels will actually be dropped. In their place we will see codex: Asylum, combining the best of the Templar nutters and the Blood nutters into one book. The units inside will be only those modeled in black or deep crimson.

A new plastic technology will allow all Blood Angel models to sparkle under any light, no matter how much paint, primer or putty may be applied.

Previously-owned BA models may be given this effect by applying a coat of GW's "VampireSparkleParty", available direct-only.

Plasma weaponry won't consist of ionized gas but actual blood plasma, blinding its foes in great swathes of red gore.

New rules inflict damage on Blood Angels in direct sunlight and make it difficult to cross running water, but they excel in night missions and may take control of enemy beasts.

New fortification called the Bloodcrypt is protected by the re-released 13th Company.

Mephiston will have a jump pack with bat wings.

I like that, let's run with it.

According to newly reviled information from the Horus Heresy Sanguinius actually had six fingers on his right hand (but usually squeezed two of them into a glove to hide his deformity).

As a result all BA squads must now have 11 marines and must replace their Rhinos with Warthogs, which are the same as Rhinos but have a transport capacity of 11.

GW are you listening? Every BA player would have to buy moar marines (!!!) and new transports (!!) this is like printing money!

The Red Marines no longer have special rules. To better represent the unique nature of the Red Marines who are completely different from the Blue Marines they will now have extra special rules. Extra Special Rules have rules that, while seemingly identical to normal special rules, have slight wording changes and a different name.

I hear he must challange any character he meets, and it is required you ask the opponent to show you his right hand every time a challenge is initiated. Reguardless of fingers, you must play out the entire challenge repeating "My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father, prepare to die" in a rising tone until your enemy ultimately forfeits the battle.

Also note that he duels left-handed, as otherwise the fight will be over too quickly.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

100% confirmed rumours here:

All Blood Angels ICs can ride bats. There are no models for it, you'd have to capture a live bat and train it yourself. Alternatively, there is going to be a FW kit that costs £200.

Blood Angels units have the Ebola special rule. Causes mass hysteria and forces your opponent to leave the room.
