Inquisition Autosavant, I finished this one much quicker than usual..

Here's a quick one, a chaos familiar that I found hanging out on my desk..

My Inquisition army continues to grow at a pace that both surprises and pleases me. Here's a Preacher with a chainsaw..

Here's a pic of the Red Hunters veteran in terminator armor that I'm currently working on..

Really nice job on the face of the preacher. The visceral emotion really comes through.

Here is the completed Red Hunters Veteran. I tried a different approach with the power sword, C&C welcome.

Here is the Crusader, he may be a zealot but he's smart enough to know the advantages of bringing a plasma weapon with him in his quest to eradicate the heretics and xenos scum..




Current wip, the chaos Ogryn kitbash. Admittedly, containing zero Ogryn bits.

My Chaos Ogryn kitbash is finished..

He is magnificent, the wrong colour but brilliant none the less. All kidding aside, really brilliant love him.

That’s fantastic! I miss the old mutations sprue, there were some real gems on it.

I finished what I'm calling a Inquisition Fanatic that I made from an old Orlock model. He looks like a pirate or a biker or something, but he's got a Luke Skywalker style robo-hand and a bunch of medals pinned to his chest, so we can assume he's a veteran of numerous witch burnings




Currently working on an Arbites, had to talk myself out of doing the 2000 AD Dredd color scheme


UPDATE: I finished the first Arbites and successfully fought the urge to give him green gloves and a yellow shoulder pad..

Fantastic work sir, both looking pretty amazing bud.

Brilliant work on those Inquisition models! Those are some of my all time favorite sculpts from GW, I have to get my own some day..

Here is my Imperial Navy High Admiral, pressed into the service of the Inquisition..

I finished my Imperial Navy Admiral's Adjutant/Comms Officer, I haven't had much time to paint lately and he was a bit rushed.. so it goes.

He is brilliant bud, nice clean job and great scheme. Like it alot.

Right now I'm working on a Sergeant for my Red Hunters space marine squad.

I just got around to doing pictures of the Red Hunters Sergeant. I'm (slowly) working on an old librarian model now who along with a Captain will be the last of the Red Hunters minis I have planned, but I'd love to do a dreadnought at some point.

Here is a small diversion I took yesterday, my Red Hunters Librarian is still wip. This is a Shimazu Clan samurai for the Test of Honour game. I have another ready to paint that will be a Hojo Clan samurai and will be blue and black with a triforce for a clan symbol. These are just test models and a fun diversion from other projects, but I have a ton of them to paint at some point in the future and four nice character models to go along with them.

Nice work on the samurai, have you gotten the new rules from test of honor? I got kind of burnt out on the first edition, and I’m waiting for the first rounds of second edition to shake out any problems.

No, I just have the original boxed game and a couple of extra plastic sprues and a few of the metal ronin minis. I haven't seen any of the 2nd edition stuff yet, but I'm excited for the new minis!




Here's the Hojo Clan samurai test model.

I've been building Samurai..

I picked up some Sisters of Silence for my Inquisition army, I thought my female Inquisitor would appreciate some more warrior women for her retinue. I also have a few Sisters of Battle, which I'm sure I'll add to when I get my hands on some of the new plastic models.

Here's another Samurai, more Inquisition forces coming soon..

The wife bought me a Chimera because she's awesome, and I've been slowly working on it for a week or so... I am a bit frustrated with the Red Hunters Librarian I am painting, so it's nice to have something else to work on for a bit....

A bit of the old "move me closer, I want to hit them with my sword", don't worry I took care of those mold lines




Still very much wip. I broke down and tried some contrast paints, on this of all things. They are certainly different That black base paint is Contrast, as is the red trim. I won't be switching over any time soon, but I'll wait until I've used them on a traditional mini before I form a final opinion.

I also picked up some new allies for both my Inquisition and Chaos forces..



I love the minis in this box, lots of detail and some pretty unique figures.

The Chimera is finished. This was probably the most fun I've ever had on a model.
