And whilst mozzarella is definately a weird choice for a burger, at least it's a high quality cheese. Even putting aside how many people would be completely put off by sticking Stilton as an ingredient in something from a marketing perspective, the substance is an abomination toward the very concept of food.

Stilton is delicious when paired with a ground beef patty. We have a gastropub locally that does/did it and it was divine.

FIGHT ME.

Can you ask about the options for the Warlord Titan as well? The Psy titan got rules but nothing to show, and we are still missing some original options.

Wow that dropships looks awesome.

Hopefully this stuff is getting 40k rules.

We'll find out soon enough eh.

I'd say that I sincerely hope they don't get 40K rules, but at this point who cares, GW are doing a fine job of homogenising 40K with too many elements of its own past anyway.

I need to acquire plastic Skavenslaves, can you help?

Usually the Marine stuff gets 40k rules but nothing else sadly.

Eh, for my money it's not sadly, I like my 40K backwards & regressive and would really prefer almost all the 30K stuff stay in 30K. But like I say, actually arguing that view these days is getting into Knut territory, since now 40K has nuMarines and grav Raiders and Primarchs strutting about the place, so why not just make it a free-for-all.

I can't decide which I want more: that dropship or that burger.

At least I can afford the burger.

I wonder how big that dropship is? I'll have to start looking for some suitable proxies.

Maybe proxy with the burger? They look about the same size. Just need a flight stand.

There are still Reaver weapons missing though, and that predates Knights having models at all.

Yea, but the talk was of Psi-Titans and we don't need that kind of distraction right meow.

Wow, loving the Orion. Just a fun retro look. I mean, way too much, but I really like their custodes/sisters stuff. It's way weirder and more retro than I'd have expected.

Gonna have to buy an Orion.

I do hope eventually some of the FW Custodes stuff get 8e Rules, I mean if anyone is gonna have their old stuff kept on hand nearby it would be The Ten Thousand.

This would save me from actually having to buy a 40k army. The single pose Contemptor and the current Land Raider kits just seem like lame throw in units to the 8th edition list.

Yeah I hear you, people keep trying to convince me to get a LR and Custodes it but, I cant be bothered, I know they have other things. For the dreads I've just been using my Achillus and Galatus as counts as versions of the Bland ones.

At the very least I'd like an actual HQ for the Custodes so I can do a pure force.

Vigo. Spain.

30k stuff should have 40k rules, just like in Fantasy you had rules for special character that where dead centuries before of the date of the setting.

Afterall the Wargame is basically a sandbox to build up your own rules. Why a 40k battle can't be in the 33k? Or the 36k, etc...
Even if you wan't to fight units agains't units in a totally historically unacurate manner, you should be able to do it.

And yes, we need SoS and Custodes HQ's

Dakka does have White Knights and is also rather infamous for it's Black Knights. A new edition brings out the passionate and not all of them are good at expressing themselves in written form. There have been plenty of hysterical responses from both sides so far. So we descend into pointless bickering with neither side listening to each other. So posting here becomes more masturbation than conversation.

Petition to rename Forgeworld to Chapter Homeworld. Because they certainly aren't releasing anything that isn't in power armour.

I was hopeful, too.

Before I get torn apart - I think the Orion looks good, however front heavy bolters look horribly miscast/unrealistic, flowing into that pole.

The custodes stuff looks amazballs, but I wasn't expecting it all to cost so much.

Will wait to see some scale shots of the dropship. At that price it must be a lot bigger than I thought.

it's the quiet ones you have to look out for. Their the ones that change the world, the loud ones just take the credit for it.

I'm guessing here, but the fuselage looks like it'll be around the size of the Coronus' hull so thats 110 Pounds

Then there the Wing fee, the engines away from the hull fee (Custom job after all), gotta pay for them turrets and finally the flyer tax.

And you'll get to 175 pounds.

Oh it looked like a 1 in the unzoomed picture.

Still though.

Fees and Custom Job. Maybe it is bigger than the Coronus.

EDIT

I dont think it is bigger than the Coronus though.
