That would be the dream. I'd love for them to re-release the Tyranid Warrior wing kits and possibly do the old Hive Tyrants again. Thye may not match the new look, but they're still nice looking.

Nope. The only other thing GW did that FW used to was a winged Tyrant.

Ah, ok. I thought some of the other biggies were formerly-forgeworld.

Nope the only things that Tyranids have that FW had were the Wings on the Tyrant and the Trygon - also don't forget in the early says the FW Trygon was one of the biggest tyranids and was a titan style monster.

Otherwise Tyranids don't have all that much from FW that is that new. The Diamichton (sp) is the newest; whilst the rest are quite a bit older. There also used to be some capillary towers in terrain but they vanished a while back.

Like I said its clear FW has a bias in what they like making; but that it still surprises me that for an army that's been around for ages FW has very little Tyranid stuff. Yet with the Malanthrope on the table in front of me they can clearly make some fantastic Tyranid stuff when they want to.



I've also wished for them to make a Catachan Devil ever since it was hinted that the Devil was a potential unique scout-tyranid breed (way back in one of the previous codex editions).



EDIT - I did just recall that some of the new tyranid biggies were actually made into large scale models by a company. I forget the companies name but it wasn't FW. These were the much older designs lifted from the Epic 40K game (the slug style warbeasts)

Never, and no. The CAD files have been deleted because FW's computer ran out of memory, they needed to make some more Custodes dreadnoughts, and the design studio wanted to keep their 12 GB ultra HD animated Space Marine fan movie.

Will they ever do DEathwatch specific models?

Yes. A range of 30 new models that will clog up the release schedule for 3 months.

Any new xenos stuff on the way?

The new Space Marine hero comes with an entirely new xeno race's skull on his belt.

Will the DE ever get anything?

DE corpses on Space Marine bases.

Them(Malefactor, Exocrine, and Haruspex), Epicast(Mycotic Spore), and Forgeworld USA(Dactylis). Armorcast also did a Trygon that wasn't released but that DID appear in the 3rd Edition Monstrous Creature Design Rules WD article.

That's actually really good compared to GW prices here. $80, less than the new Gravis armoured Primaris.

It's Forgeworld. It's Heresy. It's been this way for around five years now. Almost to the day.

Rhino doors are like french fries. quick and easy to make, not all that substantial, but accompanies a full army and people buy tons of them.

Love how the Deimos ones seem to add bulk to the kit.

I really hope all of these expensive Custodes models means they are bringing them to 40k 8th edition.
