Breath of Fire
psychic attack flamer with AP 3 (Must have units in range)
The Melting Touch
psychic shooting- Multi-Melta (still allows assault) (Must have units in range)
Dancing Inferno
All units (Friend or Foe) within 24" take 6 strength 3 ap 5 hits (Must have units in range)
Wall of Fire
Place a string 12" in length in anyway with the 1 end of the string at least within 6 inches of Pyriel, any enemy model that touches or passes the string the turn after it is cast takes d6 strength d6 hits d6 ap (if string is placed on units the units must move the minimum distance away to avoid the string or they take d6 strength d6 hits d6 ap hits.
Volcanic Eruption
Choose a piece of terrain within 3 inches of Pyriel, a volcano erupts directly under that piece of piece and every model inside it, takes 1 strength 8 ap - hit
Mind Explosion
Target a single model within 6 inches, that model takes 1 wound (no saves of any kind are allowed) (only usable once per game)
Cleansing Fire
Choose 1 enemy unit within 6 inches- Choose 1 special rule for that unit, that special rule for the rest of the game now does not exist
(While his spells are powerful, they require you to get up and personal before he is either shot down or kills himself)

A special character that allows me to forgo moving or shooting units on my turn and then lets them shoot on my opponents move phase.... Ill name him Captain Q - Master of the Overwatch. have him in SM and CSM armies
maybe a lifta droppa on 4 wheels for 150 points with an all round av of 12 (have not checked out 5th ed orks... might exist, not looking forward to re-purposing my orks)
maybe create an updated version of the mole mortar for 5th (that BS in Imperial Armour does not count) and give IG players something to really laugh about.
Make a Midget Carnifex, just like the regular Fex but smaller so People will quit griping about cover and Los rules over my 2nd ed figs
that's one for each army i got

I'd like a Hive Tyrant psycher with a special rule like;
Steel Will: All Hormagaunt units within the army stay for an extra turn once they die.
It just kind of shows the power of the Hive Mind, keeping something fighting even when dead.

For the 'nids The Dominatrix, ruleswise I'd just make it a cross between a Tervigon & a Tyrannofex that poops Warriors insead of Gaunts. For Da Orkz, Das Uber Grot. He's a gretchen with the WS_6 BS_3 S_5 T_5 W_3 I_6 A_4 LD_10 He's armed with a Khorn Berserker Chain Ax and wears CSM Power Armor in addtion all Gretchen in the army my buy 'eavy Armor for +5pts. each and all gretchen may use the WAAGH!, Mob Rule! & Furrious Charge Rules (I base this character off a grot from my friends old Ork army who back in 2nd edition Killed 3 Khorn Bersekers in Close Combat all by himself) It's not a unit, but I'd add Heavy Flamer & Sniper Rifle to the Special/Heavy Weapons choices for Marine Tac Squads

4 / 5 / 3/ 4 / 1 / 5/ 1 / 8 /4+
Wargear: Longdeath Rifle, Ranger Perimiter Shield, Shuriken Pistol.
Longdeath Rifle - Sniper - Pinning - Str * - Heavy 2
The Longdeath Rifle receives the Rending special rule on a roll of 4+.
*The Longdeath Rifle wounds on a roll of 3+.
*The Longdeath Rifle inflicts instant death on a To Wound roll of 6.
Ranger Perimiter Shield: This is a mobile force shield that can deploy in the field and protects Saren Un'Pathe with a +4 Invulnerable save. This field can expand to encompass a squad of Rangers or Pathfinders to whom Saren is attatched. Any unit assaulting a unit with a Ranger Perimeter Shield is considered assaulting through difficult terrain. The Ranger Perimiter Shield has a 4+ chance to ignore grenades on the assault move.
Explanation - This character is a must have for people who like to play pathfinders in a marine heavy enviroment. Otherwise, inevitably, on turn 2 or 3 comes a drop pod with a squad of flamer weilding D-Bags to super scorch your defenseless and immobile Pathfinders into oblivion with a single flamer template. This gives a Ranger squad a save against the first round of flamer fire, keeping them alive just long enough to either run, or return fire into whatever is trying to BBQ them.
Other than a special character to help out ye old pathfinders.. Improve the Phoenix Lords and allow a phoenix lord to field his aspect as a troop choice!

For the orks, a transport in transport slots that's like the 'Big Trakk' from forgeworld, decent armour and delivers a large payload of orks but doesn't use up heavy support slots and is considerably cheaper than the battlewagon.

I would just like more OPTIONS for my Grey Knights:
Land Speeders with psycannons.
Additional heavy weapons.
Grey Knight "Scouts": Give 'em bolters and no NFW, just make them cheaper (by a lot) than a standard Grey Knight.
More Dreadnought options like Ironclads, or Grey Knight Grand Master IN a dreadnought.
I just want a little more variety.

Hi all.
Probably already mentioned, Orks need 'Tankks, and Waagh trukks', to replace looted vehicles.
To give Orks some half decent medium armour.(Vehicles looted and suitably kustomised by the Meks to make them safe for orks to use.)
Tankk. AV 13/12/11, Tank 6", turret mounted Boom- gun or Kill- kannon.With the option of hull-sponson mounted big shootas.
Waagh truck. AV 12/11/10 6" open topped.Big shoota. (Orky APC )
Just lists the basic size of the vehicles permitted, to allow players to Konvert other races vehices in a suitably Orky way.
I miss The old Orky vehicles ,Gobsmashers Spleenrippas,Braincrushers, Gutrippas,Lungburstas, Bone crunchers,Skull Hammers and Giblet Grinders.
