Those spikes look amazing al over the valk but where are the empaled bodies?

They are impaled on the inside of the transport? Don't want them flying off during flight, although, dead bodies falling from the sky onto the enemy would be a good psychological weapon! lol

Here is my WIP Dreadnought. Needs more skulls!

I like the way you've gone vertical with that dred. It will be a particular challenge to paint it in a way that draws the eye back down to the center of the model rather than straight up to the banner, though. Looking forward to seeing what it looks like with color!

I absolutely love these Conversions! I like how you used skulls for heads to make everything look like its undead :O

Painted some more on my Raptors wings this week. I used a gray base color and then washed the recesses with a purple wash. When I began painting the Raptors I didn't know whether to paint the robes gray or black, as I thought black robes and black armor might be too much. But with the grayish wings, I think black robes will be fine and everything will eventually blend in and look nice.

Awaome awesome awesome ! ! ! This is such a cool army(s) even as a loyalist player ( as in holy terra and all that jazz ) but this army is just so cool, I love the spikes on the valk tail. Mabye put spikes on the front and use is for ram raiding...

I have now finished 10 of the 13 Raptors. All that remains is the Champion and the 2 Raptors with melta-guns. Hopefully I will be able to finish them up in the next couple of days.

May I ask where those wings are from? Nvm figured it out lol

And the wings are from the Bone Horror model in Reaper Miniatures' Warlord:Necropolis line.

Wow! Great stuff here! I really like the Death Riders! I am a huge fan of Ghost Rider, so seeing him painted up will be sweet! I know you have a "Scythe" theme going here, but if he had a "power chain" it would be so cool! Did you GS the flames on his skull yourself? Anyway, can't wait to see more! Oh and the Raptors are Top Notch!

Thanks! Glad you like them. The "ghost rider" head is actually from the Warhammer Fantasy Wizards sprue. It is a hand holding a flaming skull. And I could probably add a chain going across his chest like Ghost Rider did.

Well, the skull works perfectly! And don't change anything! Just paint it up as is, it looks great! I was just thinking out loud. I actually have an old Doom Rider model from way back when, and I might convert him into a Chaos Biker Lord, and this has inspired me! Well, after all of the OTHER things I need to finish!

Well, here are the Champion and the 2 melta-gun Raptors. Now that the Raptors are all done it is time to start on the 20 Terminators.

Just a small sneak peek of the Terminators I have been working on over the last week and a half. I have 9 of 20 Terminators worked up to this stage, and they are still a work in progress. Got some cleaning up to do once I am done with all the base coating and such. I hope to finish the 9 over the next couple of days. Hope you like!

Wish I would of found this when it first started, just amazing what you have done.

I have been meaning to do a Slaanesh IG Army, I just haven't gotten around to it and probley never will, but this thread is just full of win.

I look forward to seeing the rest of it and the progress!
