By the wording in your offer of alliance I take it that you are the Commander and Chief of the Imperium Forces and as such offer my reply to you.

I thank you for your offer of Amnesty and Protection. I can see the benefits of your proposed Alliance and see that our brothers the Ulthwe have already abandoned the battle plan to join your fight against the traitorous Space Marines.

However, I do not believe that you will be able implement your plan of setting the Orks and Tyranids upon one another. The idea of having them kill one another has merit and would indeed leave us with your proposed end game of Eldar and Imperium, but Again I do not believe that the Orks will follow your plan.

Additionally, Your offer would have me betray my allies. It matters not whether most have failed supported the Saim Hann as we kept our commitments. What does matter is that We Saim Hann would rather perish in honorable battle than live an eternity of shame for betraying our allies.

Words of victory reach the Captain's ears, his Company's Sorcerer speaking of easy prey. He orders his his Lieutenant back from his deployment. On the surface the bark of bolters and the purring of chain swords ceases, the Night Lords vanishing as quickly as they arived, leaving the Vostroyans jumping at flame licked shadows.

The Captain moves his Company to the Eye of Terror, reinforcing as he goes. His Lieutenant, prepped and ready in the drop bay leads the assault, attacking and finishing off the Saim-Hann.

I agreed to nothing, save the destruction of the Imperium, and only attacked you the once I believe. Of course I only needed to attack once.


@John, I believe it was the Eldar who attacked the CSM first, or rather the Eldar attacked me without provocation, thus ending our agreement to take out the Imperial Dogs.
