The Primarch Project
The Primarchs have returned to the Imperium as the End Times draw nearer.
The forces of the Imperium are being attacked from all sides, and their forces are
stretched thin. With the return of the Primarchs, the tide of battle may yet turn...
When the Primarch Vulkan returned, he has forged the others new wargear, for the
defeat of Chaos.
Lion El'Jonson, Primarch of the Dark Angels Points-
WS BS S T I W A LD Saves
7 7 6 6 5 5 5 10 2+/3+
Equipment:
The Lion Sword Renewed, The Lion's Roaring Shield, The Lion's Skin, Frag Grenades
Special Rules:
And They Shall Know No Fear, Eternal Warrior, Fearless, Primarch
The Lion Sword Renewed-Cypher, of the Forgiven, returned the Sword to the Emperor,
to redeem the Fallen. It was returned to El'Jonson after his return. The Lion Sword
is a Master Crafted Power Weapon that also ignores Invulnerable Saves.
The Lion's Roaring Shield-The Roaring Shield gives El'Jonson a 3+ Invulnerable
Save. It is a fearsome sight, and any unit wishing to attack El'Jonson or his unit
must take a Leadership test at -1 Leadership.
The Lion's Skin-The massive armor of the Primarch, the Lion's Skin gives El'Jonson
a 2+ Armor Save.
Jaghatai Khan, Primarch of the White Scars
WS BS S T I W A LD Saves
7 7 6 6(7) 6 5 5 10 2+/4+
Equipment
Blade of Khan, Bike of the White Scars
Special Rules
And They Shall Know No Fear, Eternal Warrior, Fearless, Primarch, Call of the
Webway
Blade of Khan-The Blade of Khan strikes swift and true, like the White Scars
themselves. It is a Rending, Master-Crafted Power Weapon that strikes at Initiative 10.
Bike of the White Scars-The Bike is a wonderful creation, fast as a Land Speeder.
The Bike may move up to 24", as of the Turbo-Boosters rule, and still may shoot
OR assault. The Bike is equipped with a Twin-Linked Assault Cannon. It is heavily
armored, giving Khan a 2+ Armour and 4+ Invulnerable Save.
Call of the Webway-After his return from the Eldar Webway, Khan has returned
from the Webway, however, after over 9000 years, the webway has changed him.
At the end of his turn, take Khan from the board. At the start of the next turn,
he appears from the Webway. He appears on the board as per the Deep Strike Rules,
but he only scatters d6".
Primarch-This ability gives all units of the Primarchs chapter the Fearless USR
as long as they are within 12". Any unit in the Chapter of the Primarch on the
table has the Stubborn USR.
Feedback, and suggestions are welcome.

It looks good but ignoring invul saves is a bit ott i'd say it that the enemy has a -1 modifier to his invul save. Hope this helps.

I think if somethings going to be ott, it should be a primarch.

Well, you're right about that, but they are legendary beings, that raised themselves from infancy, many while living on a deathworld.
Combine that with wargear made/refurbished by a fellow primarch, someone who probably remembers smithing techniques completely lost to time, and I can see why they would ignore armor and invul.
Also, all the Traitor Primarchs that survived are Daemon Princes now, so getting through an invul save automatically could be a necessary balancing factor for that reason alone.
Just my speculation on that, though.

Looking at it that way it could balance them quite effectively.

Make him STR 7 and T 7 and It looks good. Be sure to make the Chaos gods with better stats according to there god, Angron should have WS 8m and 7 attacks with a Deamon weapon that doesnt hit him in the face on a 1.
Mortarion could have base T8 but modified (9).
Fulgrim gets WS 9 as He's got 4 arms.
Tzeench Primarchs (Forgot name) should have all the Loyalist and chaos powers and he can use 5 of them per turn (including shooting ones) Then he should have some super awesome powers just for him, but he can only use one of them per turn.
Iron Warriors Primarch should have some D str weapons and a battlecannon etc.
All the Chaos Primarchs are now Deamon Princes so they should be awesome, but with less awesome toys, the Loyalist need some awesome toys but less awesome stats.

...no, no, no...
Primarchs should be darned tough, but they certainly shouldn't be S/T 6 or 7 or what have you. That puts them firmly into the realms of Carnifexes and things like that.
My personal thoughts for a "baseline" Primarch stat is something along the lines of
WS 7 BS 7 S 5 T 5 W 4 I 6 A 5 Ld 10 Sv 2+/4++
With ATSKNF, Calgar's Tactics rule (for nearly all of them, anyways) and Eternal Warrior. That gives you a plenty powerful character that is quite a bit ahead of the standard Space Marine, but isn't so far and above that standard weaponry bounces off his naked flesh. Primarchs should be a step above a Marine, not leaps and bounds above them.

Sangaiuse and Horus take on a giant horde on aliens (There like nids, might even be nids) So yeh Primarchs are super tough, I suggest you go read some fluff.

Sanguinus breaks the back of a Bloodthirster during the Siege of Terra. Angron's bodyguard is a dozen bloodthirsters (which suggests, that he's mightier than a bloodthirster). For some reason, I think there's a story of Russ taking on a Titan. Russ supposedly caught the father of the kraken (a squid that's body is up to 5 miles long, with tentacles that make it up to 20 miles long) while fishing and threw it back because it was too small.
Dorn is the only confirmed dead primarch that I recall who didn't die at the hands of the Big E or another primarch.

Yes, Primarchs are "super tough." That doesn't translate to strength/toughness 6+, however.
Keep in mind that in the Gaunt's Ghosts books, Mkoll takes out a Chaos Dreadnought in close combat. Ragnar, as a Blood Claw, manages to drive off Magnus the Red. Etc., etc., etc.
All of the things you've described, with the exception of the titan thing, can be done by a model with strength and toughness of 5, but hey, if you want to argue that they should be stronger and tougher than greater daemons, feel free.

I'm saying Mortarion should be T5 (6) and Fulgrim W 5, yes. Like I said, baseline, as in "can be modified as necessary for the character in question."

you really think it should even be possible for a deamon prince primark to even possibly be hurt by a normal soldier?!
the point of primarch's is that they are meant to be stupidly over powered. id say T8 S10 at least! and a shed load of wounds. probably FNP, eternal warrior. 2+ armour and Inv. WS of around 7-10.
There would be no point ever considering there use in anything short of a HUGE apocalypse game, cuz thats what all the fluff makes it clear that they should fight.
they would all have to be 1337 and hundreds of points each. thats their point....to be insane

Yep. Ragnar took on Magnus one-on-one and drove him off.
Sure, he used a Primarch's weapon to do it, but still, an initiate into a Space Marines chapter scared off a Daemon Primarch. Now, there's a few ways to read this:
1: Daemon Primarchs really aren't all that scary, which sort of makes sense looking at the stats for Angron.
b: Primarch's weapons are probably scarier than the Primarchs themselves.
III: BL books shouldn't be taken at face value.
4: Some combination of the above.
Personally, I lean towards the latter.

This is incorrect 16 of the primarchs were raised by some form of humans/phsykers/necromancers. Konrad Curze and Lion El'Johnson were the only primarchs that raised themselves (Nothing is known of the other two).

IMO that Khan is pretty darn one to fight against, which is a good thing. Althought the ability to assault after turbo-boosting and the Deep Striking thing is a bit OTT IMO, he seems fine in every else thing.
