"Innocence Proves Nothing... Except That You've Done Nothing Wrong"
Welcome to the Daemonhunters, the ranks of the exalted Ordo Malleus and their cannon fod....er, I mean, loyal allies. Remember...the only ones who need fear the righteous might of the Ordo Malleus are the Daemonic.
quote: Dashofpepper: ...sad rivulet of demon prince tears. He ponders for a moment, then lashes the demon hunters into him. He assaults them, kills a terminator or two....and then demon hunters being demon hunters....they proceed to wtfpwn him. Second player leaves the table...
Take her to court? Seriously, that is the only answer to your question.

The Polito form is dead, insect. Are you afraid? What is it you fear? The end of your trivial existence?
When the history of my glory is written, your species shall only be a footnote to my magnificence.
Im on the "theres something up with this" boat. Normally a woman wont up and burn something you care for, unless she was provoked. Unless your dating a 15 y/o girl. In which case, why the hell would you leave that stuff at her house?
Agreed. Until we get more details I'm going to assume this is made up.
If the other person was just evil and understood how valuable they were I'd expect them to steal the items, feign innocence, and sell them on ebay for a lot of money. Burning something that expensive is done in an act of passionate revenge by a hurt lover.

In the embrace of the great Nurgle, I am no longer afraid, for with His pestilential favour I have become that which I once most feared: Death.
You know what would be really hilarious? If his ex was on here reading this thread

Guardsman Tom, you are hereby given a field promotion to Sergeant for your excellent procurement of enemy information.
You have supplied your commanders with intel that will allow us to dominate the latest threats from our enemies.
Congratulations, your command takes effect immediately..

You know, some people aren't mentally balanced properly.
I know some people can't grasp the idea, but sometime things DO happen without provocation.

Yeah dawg, you don't get into a relationship, let alone one where she has easy access to your miniatures, if she is mentally unstable. These kinds of things are apparent. Trust me, I happen to be clinically insane.
And why would you leave $1500 worth of CSM out where she can burn it, (which is a lot of gak to have only been burning that. I'm surprised your domicile wasn't purged outright, in the assumption that this sin't a troll thread.) and how long have you been collecting to have spent that much money?
Actually, take the small claims court like everyone said. You can also get compensation for the time and extra materials needed to put them together (paints, glues, etc), not just the models themselves.

I spent much more than that in my first year alone of playing this game. I tend to spend around that much(at least) a year on wargaming.
To be honest, $1500 isn't that much when it comes to GW games.
