You won't regret it. Amazing book The only part where there is a retelling is The Council of Nikea, but it's kept interesting enough that it's still fun to read

I'd post my Dark Angels stuff, if it wasn't all on my (currently inaccessible) desktop.
It's a pitifully small folder, and this makes me sad.

I can't seem to find it but the pic of the Necron in "Xenology" gets my vote because it brought up feelings other than "Wow that's badass!" like most GW artwork. It's kinda creepy and Uncanny Valley-ish, actually made me stop and go "woah". Most GW art doesn't do that, though a lot of them are cool, in their own right.

5ed rulebook in the fluff section, there's a 2-page picture that looks like a Blanche, a load of space marines in black armour (templars I think).

You are not free whose liberty is won by the rigour of other, more righteous souls. Your are merely protected. Your freedom is parasitic, you suck the honourable man dry and offer nothing in return. You who have enjoyed freedom, who have done nothing to earn it, your time has come. This time you will stand alone and fight for yourselves. Now you will pay for your freedom in the currency of honest toil and human blood. |
