Bits of an odd question, does the WIP shot need to be one assembled but unpainted model, or can I do a WIP of each of my bits unpainted prior to assembly. Reason for asking is that I am currently lacking the torso/legs/jumppack for my model but am eager to get started on painting the arms, shoulder pads etc...

@rm2020: nice assemblage of parts. Neat use of gk termie loincloth, and the =][= is very swish indeed.

Eeeehm.. Graven.. I kind of messed up and forgot to take pics of the primed model.  It's only a little paint on it yet so would that be ok for a wip-pic? it's still in parts. Secondly, would it be acceptable with a terminator base for a marine in powerarmor?
I am making a DW Captain (Pyre Wardens Chapter) and he got a bit too.. heavy for a regular 30mm. Whole friggin' thing is white metal, keeps falling over because of the damn cape..

I have a little hobby-thread going in the P&M section. Some say it's the best blog on Dakka, some don't agree, most belive it would be better if I finished at least one project some time this century and not just kept starting new ones.

WIP for my Deathwatch Assault Marine, chapter of Origin Angels Infernus. Pictures make it hard to see but there is a deathwatch pad at the bottom left. Sorry for the bitz appearance, the rest of the model is enroute but I intend to paint some of these bits when the GS dries and wouldnt want to miss out on a WIP shot.

Deathwatch Pad comes with commander upgrade sprue or in the Deathwatch upgrade pack I believe. Failing that it can be made with GS on a blank shoulder pad or painted on similarly (inquisitorial I with scriptures)
