Hi Oxymoronic, welcome to Dakka!
The title changes as you make more posts. I think that, by being a DCM, you can alter it to read what you wish. You can alter the genre of what it reads by changing the settings on your profile page. You can also change your avatar there.

Welcome to Dakka! Cosmic is right, when your post count reaches certain milestones (50, 100, 500, 750, 1000 ect) it will change. You can choose which track you want to follow (Chaos/Imperial Guard/Tau ect) on your profile page. DCM's, Mod's and the Admins have access to change theirs to whatever they want though.
