Truly, he laboured long and hard in his service to the Turtle Most Holy, and The Pie of Spiritual Sustenance, all of which was done as a mere volunteer, not even fully within the order. In recognition of this, I suggest he bypass the rank of Acolyte completely, and advance further up the ladder of knowledge.
To those brothers who remained loyal, you have each done the Church of the Children of Turtle Pie proud and your devotion shall truly be rewarded with the warmth of The Round Crusty Pastry which nutrures your souls as you journey toward true enlightenment.

Brothers, I have a question for you all, particularly the leaders of our most Holy Church through whom, the Omni-Dessert makes its will manifest.
What of meat pies? They are a close relative of the dessert pies, a cousin if you will. Why is it not represented in our Holy Order? Surely something that grants Pie more than just a dessert or snack position is a great thing.
