I know you outline your process earlier and I can't find it, how do you go about getting to your black/grey startng point on your models?

Master Azalle, First white primer, then a couple of coats of armour wash, then lots of white drybrushing - but be delicate, don't just slap it on but build it up slowly in layers otherwise it can get grainy.

Hmm, I'm not familar with armor wash, which company makes it?

GW used to make it but these days I recommend privateer press P3 paints armour wash. Its like black but its more of a very dark grey really.

I'm going to disagree with you on smooth for airbrushing, because the primer you use is very important, it fills small imperfections and textures, which the thin layers of paint then stick to.

Warrior priest looks good - with that face you could enter it in 2nd annual Nerdcademy award painting competition!

That picture nearly blinded me. They use a lotta lamp. I've been using just one lamp recently. I should get the other one out.

I'd forgotten how bright everything was in the 90s. I'm so lucky to have grown up in such a great decade. We will never again be so decadent!

Goblin green - they were all goblin green in them dayz. We had a big piece of goblin green carpet to play on so it seemed appropriate.

Thanks for liking mine better everyone! I think I'm using a more natural colour palette than GW did. I mostly use vallejo, with a little P3 on the side.

GWs one is great but its hard to look at on a computer screen.
