Hmm, the paint job on that marine's skin is fine. I'm complaining about the people who base coat black. then paint the eyes red.

I voted for al of the above, It seemed most appropriate but I thought I shoud post just to explain my view.
I dont like space marines for the simple reason they have half of all the codex's for them selves, Fluff wise they are all okay (but none are as cool as CSM's  ), What I dont like is the fact that us players that haven't jumped on the fan boi band waggon get punnished because we have to wait 3-4 years to get a codex update. Fair enough they are the flagship sort of army for the game, but why not just give them an awesome huge codex as soon as the new edition of the game comes out and then leave them until next edition.

I like all types of marines, but I do find the BT a bit less interesting than the rest seeing as we have other knightly chapters who can used their brains as well as being good in a scrap (GK's) and the mixed scout/marine units just seem way overcomplicated to me, I get the idea of giving initiates experience under the watchful eye of an experienced marine but it sort of ruins the whole proffesional look for me with all the pick 'n' mix troops but thats my only complaint.

I'll admit it, I'm a huge fan of the Adeptus Astartes. They, to me at least, define the 4k universe. Now, I dislike the way certain books were handled (Space Wolves and Blood Angels) But I don't really hate them.
