I do trade Guard, Er I am trying to. Now is a good time to Strike something with me because I have 20-25ish guys without arms ready for guns.

Actual Progress! First highlight, pre inks and washes. Rubbish photography as standard.


Really cross about the mould line on the plasma, as I thought I'd got it, so need to clean and redo that. However, really, really pleased about the OSL on the knee and around the coil. Props to Timonth for the data pad idea, I have stolen this lock, stock and bolter barrel. Anyway - onwards!

I will ask before I do anything, but would you mind if I painted the some parts silver? More specifically:

The areas circled (crapily) in black
And the handle of the sword gold? Other than that, it is fantastic. The free handing is great for the chapter symbol.

I attempted an idea I had for the veteran helmets. Something of a painted turtle-esque design. Still kicking it around, but WM is getting the prototype!

Funny thing about this guy... I was painting the eyes, and got one of the best red ones I had ever painted.
Pleased with myself, i set it on my desk, when I suddenly notice that its not quite as vivid a contrast as the other ones were, when it suddenly hit me.

The Chrysemys have GREEN EYES!


Ill still keep them as is. Heh... perhaps in fluff he had to swap out lenses cause of the snow on IA's planet xD
