Got some new ork shtuff done. Made a trukk that was a little more in league with the newer one. I'm pretty stoked on how it turned out. I also made another killa kan to fight along side domokan. I still gotta paint some storm boyz and my kustom battle fortress, that should be happening soon enough.

Do you play 30k? It'd be a lot cooler if you did.

Got some more stuff painted, didn't have time to do any wip shots. First up is a big trakk with a supa-kannon which is basically a looted basilisk that can only shoot directly. The second tank is another big trakk, this time with a big lobba. Big trakks are a really cool addition to any ork players army. You can take them in squadrons if you have to, they have a transport capacity of up to 12 depending on how big their main gun is. You can also give them a ridiculous amount of weaponry. One version I was toying around with had 6 big shootas, 2 of which were grot sponsons. The third new tank is a new battlewagon. It's a little more in league with the official model size wise. It's only the second battlwagon in my army to get a deffrolla, in retrospect I really should have built all of them with deffrollas, hater's gonna hate anyway. The other two vehicles aren't new but I've added some grot riggers to them just for the wysiwyg haters. You can see the size difference between my old battlewagon and my new one. I added links to the dakka gallery at the bottom of each pic if you feel like voting.

I'm impressed and in admiration at the speed of painted and the level of conversion work you have here. I'm going to assume the bottom is a counting as warkopter?

Yup, I've ran it a few times so far. It can be really deadly as long as the initiative is on your side, otherwise it just gets shot out of the air.

Really well done with those conversions, particularly the dreads and vehicles,
you have managed to encapsulate the orkiness perfectly.

I'll make sure it makes it into the list next time we have a game.

I'll be more than happy to shoot it down; to spare the machine spirits their pain of course .

Been a while since my last post. I decided to build a second mega dread, I magnetized this one so I could switch between a killkannon and a supa skorcha. I also magnetized the claw arm just in case I wanna add a second killkannon later on. I also built another big trakk with a big lobba. I converted some more deffkoptas and gave them twin linked big shootas. Lastly I converted some gun trukks and gave them supa skorchas, these little bastards are pretty cool, they're fast and they can kill marines real good.

Yay, more goodies.

Big trakk looks cool, really digging the details on the rear, especially the hatch. Not so keen on the tow rope though, it looks a little taut and tidy for orkses

Great looking mega-dread again, the two of them look like Sumo wrestlers getting ready to go for it.

Well here's some work in progress stuff. I decided my army had a severe meganob deficit so I ventured to change that. The legs and internal body are from the killa kan box, the bodies are made of stompa feet, arms are a mix of terminator arms and various ork bitz. I wanted my meganobz to be a lot taller than the old gw ones, it's important to put the mega in nob. I figuered I'd give them combi-skorchas, seemed like the thing to do. Next on the chopper I sliced up some assault on black reach boyz and gave them some shoota arms and some eavy armor. They'll probably prove to be a waste of points but they look purdy. I'll probably paint up the meganobz pretty soon, they shouldn't take too long.

The meganobs are quite interesting.
However, they look a bit wobbly in their tall cyborg bodys. : /

Then again I absolutly love your vehicles! Great work!

I just worry that they're almost the cost of another boy. I definitely love the look of armored orks though, hopefully they pleasantly surprise me on the battlefield.
