I've received a few WIP shots that look great and 2 completed projects.

I'm gonna have to bust my hump in order to get on top of my heap! Looks like I may get some time behind a brush this week, but so much painting and weathering and tricks and techniques all on one 40mm base! Too much fun, my friends.

My mystical modelling mojo is still MIA, so I'm now fairly confident my entry is going to be one of the pieces I have in progress at the moment. I know it's only tiny and junky but I'm really struggling motivation-wise at present

I have been futzing around with other things and decided that today I needed to buckle down and get the basic framework done, so the putty and GS can cure over the holiday.

I am really excited about the opportunity to get a bunch of practice doing rust and corrosion.

Started some work on it, so so good.

Ideation is complete, construction nearly so... painting to begin on Monday

it's done. i am not going to learn how to paint like a GD winner in 2 weeks...and my boyz and their toys need attention.

Ooh I'll have to go check that out. Just started spraying mine. Lots of yellow so far... can't decide if I wanna mess with masking things off or just switch to brushes already.

Actually it's fine, I only have a few more details to finish once I'm entirely happy with the rust.

I went through a phase of being quite daunted by the painting task I set myself, but I think that's over now.

You've provided quite a challenge here, Skalk.

Just posted new pics in my thread, figured my other one wasn't along the lines of what we were going for. Plus the new job got me some useful junk .

Finally got my junk. Sorting it and conceptualizing now. Have a few ideas going through my head...

Oh man... I'm so far behind. I haven't even got any junk to use yet. 11 days left... eh...

The pile is almost ready.

But now for the painting and basing.
The move is throwing me of twice. First, can't find a lot of stuff, like flock and paints. Second, Time.!!!!!!! There's not much of that left now that were getting into the painting and moving to the new place....
Hopefully I can still get it done.

Construction is complete! Time now for priming, then prepping for rust and weathering...

@ Sanka- do what you can, if you can. This is supposed to be the most 'no pressure' project imaginable. A small well-done pile is better than a huge 'not so well done' pile.

Bump...Painted my entry yesterday while watching the first season of ripper street....took some pictures of it today in the bright day light....scared the crap out of me....so back to a re-paint it is

@Skalk--are you going to be posting pics of everyone's finished product on this thread? or are we going to have to hunt those down ourselves? i know i am not alone in wanting to see what everyone has been up to...

Just uploading some WIP's as I type - will add them to my PLog. After plonking some bits down and completely ignoring my drawn plan I seem to have built almost more of a building than a junk pile... hopefully I will be able to pile up some more junk around the whole thing to make it work as a junk pile

I will not have these painted by the end of the Daemon Prince voting. I have some time off over the upcoming holidays and expect to have them mailed out by the 1st or 2nd week of January 2014. Prize winners will be advised when models have been shipped.

I've gotten a good amount done on the modelling side... so on schedule for being painted to a medium standard at least.

Just added some ramblings and WIP's to my Plog, after sorting through some - a lot - of junk, and coming up and disregarding half a dozen plans, I got something done at last.

Primed and basecoated, still junking it up.
