This blog deserves more attention...awesome work here EDC, all that attention to detail is paying off with some really nice minis. That dread is awesome, and I'm looking forward to seeing the assault bikes - one of the few SM models I've always enjoyed. Keep up the good work!

Impressive amount of color and detail on everything.

That flight stand had so much on it, I thought it was going to be terrain.

Nice work. Really like the lightning on the dreadnaught claws

Since there's been so much activity in this thread, you've forced my hand.

I'll get some pics of my BA stuff that I've done since my last proper up date over the weekend and post em up.

Awesome job on the hazard stripes recovery way back when.
Having painted them freehand myself i know how painstaking it can be to get them right, and you've done a brilliant job!

Looking forward to seeing how your BA have progressed over the years since this thread was last updated.

I wasn’t going to feed the necromancy, but now that this thread is active again, I’m also looking forward to seeing some new pics.

Hi, dumb question, but what white primer are you using?

It's a white primer from a UK auto/hardware store called Halfords. It's their generic white primer. I'll post a pic of the bottle when I do my update if it helps.

Oh, OK. I was wondering if it was Army Painter White hobby primer, vs general automotive. Thanks!

Looking good EDC - when you take pictures, make sure the sun is behind the camera and not behind the miniature. I suppose thats why you get your pictures so dark.

Your reds are very vibrant and your technique is rather interesting. Id love to see them in person

Keep it up and please post mmore pictures

Back by popular demand (sorta)

Here's some pictures.

Despite my plog been dead, I've been extremely prolific since my last actual update, infact it may sadden some of you to hear that I've even stripped some of the stuff that resides within this plog.

Anyway, that can't be helped. I'm currently sitting on ~4k worth of tabletop BA stuff, which I want to bring up to a decent standard before I post pics, but in the meantime here's a selection of stuff.

lol yay for successful necromancy!

I think you've done a lot of good work over the intervening months. And especially the earlier vehicles... Painting the interior and then assembling is really hard.
