Wonder if this book will have the rules for Tartaros for all the loyalist chapters as well, thus forcing all of the space marine players to get it in order to use their Tartaros Termies.

I'm hoping it's a GK/1kSons split, like how Mont'ka had Farsight Enclaves and rules for Cadian/IG decurion.

That's what I am expecting IF they release rules for Tartaros for any army besides Thousand Sons.

Loyalist Tartaros rules would really just be there alternate weapons though as (in 30k anyway) there rules are the same as the Indomitus pattern.

Just watched the trailer again. Am I the only one who is hoping that the sorcerer who get cut off by Magnus was going to say "The Wolves my Lord they were just the tools of the Warmasters treachery". I'd really like to see Magnus taking revenge on the decedents of everyone involved in the burning of Prospero not just the Wolves.

In regards to the release, I really hope the 1ksons wipe the floor with the Wolves. But seeing as the Dark Angels and Grey Knights are there it probably will just turn into a scenario where they win for a little bit before being driven back.

So The Wolves either get beat by the Sons, or get rescued by the Angels, pretty much a lose-lose situation.

If those really are assault cannons and not rotor cannons (my bet is rotor cannon) those will be scary good on slow and purposeful Rubrics. Especially so if they can have more than one per squad, or even 4 in the case of Havoks. I know I'll be adding about 10 to my army if that's true.

A pyrrhic victory for the Imperium with Fenris devastated but not destroyed would suit me. Especially if the 1k Sons are not so much beaten back but leave because they have achieved there objectives.

yeah, a 5 man Havok squad with that combo would be able to reliably kill 9 marines per turn, even without the Soul Blaze. Now all we need is a drop pod equivalent or some kind of teleport psychic power to get them close.

If that is the outcome that would be fine, but I'm betting its just gonna be a case of them under siege, taking loses and then beating them back with nothing having changed (other than the DA and SW having a better relationship).
