How do I link to a specific post?

As opposed to linking to a particular page of a thread and having to say "scroll down, what I want you to see is at the bottom"?

Next to the time/date stamp in every post, right above the avatar pic, there is a little page icon. Click that page icon and the URL in your browser address bar changes to reflect that it is a link to the post. Copy/paste the link from your browser as desired.

Filbert, many thanks. I never even noticed that teeny-weeny tiny little icon, but now I can (with tweezers and a magnifying glass) actually use it. Very much appreciated.

Oh my god, that is so awesome. I've always been going into post history for myself or whomever to find it and then copying the link from there.
